Affiliation: We are an independent organization, however we will likely be stationed in or around the storm village, unless random villages will be claimable.
Allies: Roguhanta
Enemies: TBD
History: This organization was created when Nagare Hano, a powerful bounty hunter from the Hano clan, realised not every danger can be faced alone. There are only a handful of shinobi that can match Nagare in battle, however taking entire organizations down is something even Nagare can't do alone. That was the primary thought behind Yasei no Ime's creation, to fight large rogue organizations with another large organization. Traders are welcome to finance our hideout (if necessary), and overall we accept just any type of shinobi as long as they're willing to fight for what this organization was created for. The total elimination of all rogue shinobi.
Purpose/Goals: We are an independent organization that will act according to what's happening in the world, if there are no wars, conflicts or other large scale events going on we will simply stay put and influence the world from behind the scenes by taking out high value rogue targets. If war seems profitable, we might even trick a kage into launching a full-scale attack on an organization or maybe even another village. We aren't evil or good either, we just do whatever we like to do, you may see bounty hunters like myself join forces here or people entirely focused on money work alongside each other. Despite being like this we will do our best to keep rogue shinobi from tearing the world apart.
Unique features: We wear black and darkish purple cloaks that have a claw mark in the middle (ripped open).
Rankings:
Taifu no Me: The leader of the organization, he dishes out the orders and leads the organization into battle.
Shokin Kasegi: The elite members who can hold their ground against S-ranked rogue shinobi. They make up our primary battle unit during full-scale wars and are comparable to the Taifu no Me.
Suiro: Only the best recruits will become Suiro, they each lead a group of recruits and supervise their growth. They can also suggest the Taifu no Me to make a recruit a Suiro. It has to be accepted by the Taifu no Me of course.
Recruit: After applying and getting accepted one will start out as a recruit and slowly work it's way to the top by doing progressively difficult assignments.

Rules:
1. Don't argue with higher ups.
2. Don't abuse your power, no threats etc.
3. Act only according to the Taifu no Me, even if other high members order you to do something.
4. Never leak any information to outsiders, this includes villagers, allied organizations and even kages.
5. Don't ever act on your own, even if you go in against our orders at least take someone with you. (you will still be punished if you neglect our orders unless your actions were more beneficial to the organization then our plans)

As long as they're not breaking village rules it would be unreasonable to kick them out of the village. They may not be on good terms with the kage but it's extremely unlikely they wouldn't be permitted to live there

Hmm, If I lived in the storm village I would be worried about them trying to take power if they were on bad terms with the kage - reminds me a lot of the Uchiha clan :P

Hmm, If I lived in the storm village I would be worried about them trying to take power if they were on bad terms with the kage - reminds me a lot of the Uchiha clan :P
It will be a win-win kind of situation with more risk on the kage's side. They will need our help to defend their village from any incoming attacks and to deal with high-priority targets even the ANBU can't take out. We only need shelter and not even the kage knows about our exact place. Also we might just go in the surrounding area looking for a place to live, or a claimed village. I'll tell you this thing however, the kage most likely won't survive if he/she turns us down.

Welcome, and I can't do that seeing as this organization's ranks are almost entirely based off in-game prowess. I could make it so that everyone who joins before the mmo is out gets a promotion to Suiro.

I forgot to mention, and you probably already know this, but the deathmatch version has nothing to do with the actual game. So I can't really go off and promote you based on your deathmatch skill, you'll have to wait for the mmo but I'll probably promote everyone who joins before the mmo and stays for at least a week to Suiro.

Vreg made the current game mechanics for a reason, they'll be carried over, as will skill. Things used in the game currently aren't going to be scrapped, more so a wider variety of jutsu and skills will be added.
Deathmatch version isn't close to the actual game but there will be similarities

I'm sorry but I will still stick to my decision, because at this point literally everyone is better then me at the game. That and it is skill-based but equipment will likely matter in the mmo. And only a tiny fraction of people actually play the deathmatch version to get better at the game. So it's likely anyone who does that is one of the best at the game, that's just how it is and I can't go on promoting people, sorry but I hope you understand. Also I think it's better if you PM me on these things, else it'll just spam the thread.
EDIT: Maybe if we had more ranks, but seeing as we only have 3 accessible ranks I can't promote you to the highest rank. The most I can give you is Suiro, which is gained after 1 week of membership. Hope you understand.
