To proceed with this test, we require you to read the mechanics very carefully as this will determine your success in the Kage Election.

•General Guidelines•

1. All candidates who did not make it through the Theoretical Test are eliminated.

2. In the Practical Test, candidates will have to confirm their attendance by commenting below.

3. Choose your opponents by tagging his/her name.
    - Candidates in the same village will have to choose who to battle among themselves (i.e. you have no choice if there are only two of you unless he/she withdraws.)
    - Unique candidate from a village is grouped into assorted cluster.
    - In case your only opponent in that village withdraws, you are automatically transferred to assorted cluster and choose other candidates instead.

4. Candidates with no opponent left will play against Vreg.

•Game Guidelines•

1. The goal of this test is to gather points to be added to your previous scores.

2. Each participant is given 500 points at the beginning of the game.

3. Your points will be deducted for every hp (health points) you lose.

4. In your 1000 health points, you have 250 health points = free. Deduction starts at 750 health points which accounts for 500 points. Simply said 1 point for every 1.5 health points.

5. The remaining health points, therefore, is your score/points divide by 1.5 to be added your previous points.

6. Duel ends when the opponent loses all his health points.

6. All jutsus are allowed.

7. You are required to log in an hour before the scheduled time.

8. Failure to participate in the duel will automatically eliminate the candidate from the Kage Election. The present side will be in the waiting list to play against  Vreg or others in the waiting list.

Hi, guys I see the hype going on. Despite the busy schedule of our developers good progress were done. As for me I need to focus on something. Graduate school, I'm taking my master's degree and that requires laser focus. Having said that I asked for a time off and be back after three to four months or a semester. Gonna miss you. Btw I asked to be blocked to avoid temptation because this forum is just irresistible. 

Let's play a game, this game is called Corrupted Wish.

Mechanics: A person will present his wish then another person will respond to grant the wish but corrupt it with something related to the nature of the wish. Only one response for a wish. the responding person may begin to make a wish after his response. Other following responses will be deleted. The more clever the better.

Example: Cedie: I wish I can fly.
                Vreg: Granted, but you cannot come down forever.
                Vreg: I wish to get the hottest girl in the world.

SLO Theorectical Test.

The objective of this stage is to determine your effectiveness as a leader in terms of decision making, root cause analysis, deduction, organization, strategy, observation and any other problem solving situations that may involve risks to your property, resources and manpower. A Kage undergoes rigid mental exercises, observe thoroughly and know when to do sacrifices to achieve a higher goal.

This test has a total of 125 pts. Corresponding points will be revealed later after everyone has submitted their answers.
To become a Kage one must gather 225 points at the end of these three stages.
 
Duration: All answers will be accepted until August 15, 2015. You are encouraged to take your time but the first 3 people to submit their answers will each have bonus points of 5.

Who is the arsonist? Giving the right answer but failing to point out the mistake is considered wrong. You can't send someone to jail because of a baseless accusation.

4. A group of three shinobis from an allied village was stuck in a mission at a nearby place. They sent a telepathic message which prompted you to offer a help. Their mission was to seal Nekomata on the loose but could not do so since the doer was slightly injured and only one member is capable of fighting with his taijutsu skills. You are to send reinforcement for them. Practically, choose three from the available chunins to be sent. Assume that these chunins are weak in some other fields of jutsu. Each chunin has corresponding points.

6. The Kages monument carvings behind your office was observed that the paint used is falling off easily. You sent people to do an investigation. The findings are the following:

• Spiders that eat insects.
• Birds that eat spiders.
• Lightbulbs that encourage type of molds to grow.
• Paint is easily damaged by birds.
• Insects that feed on molds.

From the following actions below, choose 1. an immediate correction and 2. preventive action.

Use insecticide, Use herbicide, Replace lightbulbs, Repaint the carvings, Use net to ward off birds.

7. Count the number of cubes available. The number of cubes you count as answer is your point. To be added by 1 if ODD and 0 if EVEN then divided by 5. Be careful, as excess number of cubes from your answer will be subtracted to the actual number (again, 1 is o be added if ODD and 0 if EVEN) which will be divided by 5. Answering less will also give you less points. Give the actual number of cubes as the answer not as calculated.

9. Great Fireball Technique is Fire Release. Why are Multiple-Size Technique and Tsukuyomi considered as Yang Release and Yin Release, respectively?

10.   In a B-Rank mission, you are given a task to deliver a secret message containing your village’s secrets from point A to point M. You have a budget of 9€ and a limited time of 7 hours. Going beyond your budget will be deducted to your points as well as going beyond 7 hours.  But, going below 5 hours will be too early and enemies above your level may still be lurking on the other side. Choose the most practical path to take so as to keep your points within a safe range. There is only 1 single answer for this. Ex. Path ABDM.
