I don't think this is a bad idea for an organization, it's interesting how you want to start wars between villages. The only thing I don't like is that you copied the Akatsuki logo & the colored rings thing. I mention this a lot but people look down on copied things from the series. Besides that I like the organization.

I don't mind you using elements from the series, but people might hate on you for it. Also I'm already in an organization and not really planning on joining another one any time soon.
