Title: Top Shinobi List (Updated Weekly, Based on Community Votes)

Welcome
Hello guys! I know a topic similar to this was attempted but stopped being updated. I saw the need to make a new post as the old one included names of in-actives, etc. Week one is going to comprise of names that both me and Reminance deemed worthy off the top of our heads, and all other Shinobi you'd like to vote for will be included in Week 2, if you reply the following forum:

When is the voting closed?
Voting is closed and a new link is made to replace it every Thursday. This is to allow new players to make their way onto the list, and sets a general tone for Shinobi to strive for.

Voting can only be done once per person per week. Voting for yourself is allowed, however we encourage voting for other Shinobi. We realize your favorite Shinobi may not be on the list, and encourage you to "write in" your own in a reply to this following the suggested format above.

Conclusion
Sorry if you didn't make the list, it isn't that you're not good, but that you're not recognized as it. Go out, be active, and fight for your honor!
It's ideal that you keep in mind that simply being on this list is a testimate to your skill, and only 10 contestants a week can be on this list. A list of winners will also be kept on this forum as well. I suggest you bookmark and stay posted!

//Edit: I forgot to enable IP dupe checking or whatever, and someone cheated with over 1000 votes. I had to re-make the poll, sorry for the problems here guys, but I made sure it can't happen again!

imo its useless to make a top 10 with strawpoll ( or only voting ), i mean all can vote someone cuz is a friend, or same clan etc.
a good way to do it is making an event with some competitions or smt similar

Jokes aside the combat is still tooo early on for us to be deciding the top 10 players cause just because these players might be good at using chidori/kenjutsu, that's not how everyone is going to play come alpha/beta or even full game.

I do not see the point in a popularity contest over the forums of an unfinished game.. The way I see things is any player has the ability to defeat their opponent.. The only true advantage a player has is their fps rate and time spent actually playing the game and Im not sure those make a player better than another.

I agree with most of it, apart from the fps rate.
Sure having a high fps can be nice to play with, but you don't need high fps to be one of the top dogs.
When I first joined I still had my old trash pc, which could only run the game at 15 fps.
Yet I still managed to get equal with some of the top dogs within a few days.

The time spent in-game is a factor to how good you will be, that and "natural skill" (if you can even call it that), some people have to train more than others.
It's just timing your attacks & predicting your opponent, nothing else.

I added the thing about the FPS rate because when I frist starting playing at 20-30 FPS I wasnt able to deal any damage with chidori or kenjutsu I had to spam kenjutsu strikes on a slow moveing person to connect 1 strike. But after changeing the games priority, UI, Graphics, Weather settings I am able to run 50-60 FPS and its made a huge difference.

Other than me harvesting +1 postcount, I just want to say that you have an inaccurate poll and you are missing people like 'limits' out. There are more that need to be on that list, replacing some names.

Maybe it's a totally made up list of yours, I don't know - I haven't read the post much.

Limits, Airku, the rest from that clan and many many other players(tbh).
