Purpose/Goals: To maintain a peaceful existence (Lies)
Unique features: Each Member has a strip of 1 or more on their body, Somewhere. The less strips the more powerful you are in the org Ex: Leader has one strip. strips end at 10
Rankings: None except leader, co leader, and manager
Members: (as of now, only me)
Rules: Our members are free to do as they like. Causing the org a bad name will mean death or another consequence.
Fighting within the org is a well known event but killing another org member is strictly forbidden

I first plan what i want to draw, clear my head, have a glass of water if thats helps, crack out my pencil case, sketch the base of the drawing, then proceed to go over what i sketched in fine detail, i then begin to add colour, and last of all i find them off google.
