Did you read the faq? If you have look at some of the older suggestion threads where some things are explained. I doubt one can obtain them all, tho.

No, you can't obtain all chakra natures. The maximum you could have is three (Hidden Hill shinobi).

Yes it is. If you defeat Vreg (who has them all), you get to keep them. However you will be the only one with all 5 and people will try to get their hands on your power.

To add to what Kai said, although I myself won't have 5 chakra natures, it does not rule out the possibility for it to be a special power (KKG) or a forbidden technique.
