I like your idea of genjutus, but it would be too OP even if it lasted only 10 seconds ... might invent a release jutsu (composed type 5 signs with his hands) for free from the genjutsu. so if the player realizes he's in a genjutsu he can free, otherwise he dies.

how did you create the image of the character?

Description of the character's personality: A very calm person, easily bored and usually detached from other people, but when enraged its impossible to calm him down, the only way is to wait for his rampage to get to an end or to die trying to stop him. He follows orders without hesitation, whatever it is...probably he doesn't care, he just want to get paid and kill time (or people?). Always trying to measure his strength to get better, and he would do anything to aquire more power .... if it is to be able to protect those friends he still managed to get or just greed of power, even he doesn't knows ...still, there are very few things precious to him, and he would cold-bloodedly kill anyone who dares to harm them.

Description of the character's history: -deleted-

Combat style: As an expert in genjutsu usually he ends his opponent combining genjutsu and lightning style/kenjutsu, but when enraged he just charge at the enmy with overwhelming power that grows as his rage does. While fighting, he immediately tries to understand the opponent's fighting style and to understand it's weak points. However when he is fighting strong opponents or he is in a difficult situation, he overcome his usual boredom and eventually start to enjoy it, and when that happens he turns more like a wild beast...his attacks becomes unpredictable and his speed and ferocity increases significantly.
Also his chakra and consequently his lightnings are red.
