I only have one problem with this... I think this should be a master level jutsu.. because it uses a % of total health and chakra it would use less resources for a gennin to use then for a kaga ranked player. This is both unrealistic and unbalanced. but sirtroll is right this is should be in the forbidden topic.


@cmsurfer It was intentional. If a Genin can obtain this jutsu then he has more than earned the right to use it. And the Jutsu itself is supposed to be unrealistic in the fact that a pebble can be summoned if a Kage level player loses 90% of his health and chakra and a Genin can win a 20v1 at a much lower numerical cost.


If you think about it.


It would be dumb for a Kage to use this ;)

Jutsu Name: Satan's Gift
Jutsu Type: Forbidden
Jutsu Description: A literal meteorite is summoned anywhere within the user's line of sight. (I know it sounds a lot like Tengai Shinsei but wait.)

Only one meteorite can be summoned at a single time and the volume of the summoning can range from a centimeter cubed to a kilometer cubed. There is no possible way for the user to determine the size of the meterorite. It is COMPLETELY and UTTERLY random.

It takes exactly 10 seconds for the meterorite to hit.

Being a Forbidden Jutsu the ONLY requirement is the scroll (which will obviously be very rare) meaning that a Genin could summon a meteor that can destroy a village and a Kage can summon a pebble.

However, use of the jutsu comes with massive drawbacks.

  • The user loses 90% of their TOTAL health. And for a period of 6 hours OF GAME TIME cannot regain more than 10% of their TOTAL health. Their health maximum is basically cut to 10% for 6 hours.
  • If the user has less than 90% of their TOTAL health at the time of casting then the jutsu cannot be activated.
  • The user must have 90% chakra to activate the jutsu. The jutsu consumes all 90%, but there is no restriction on chakra regeneration.
  • If the user has less than 90% of their chakra at the time of casting then the jutsu cannot be activated.
  • The scroll is consumed upon use. For this jutsu to be used again, the user must retrieve the scroll or one of it's few copies.
  • No teleportation or medical jutsu will work on the caster for 6 hours of GAME TIME.
  • The caster cannot improve their stats for 6 hours of GAME TIME, rendering all training useless. They can however, learn jutsu.
  • Even if the caster somehow manages to obtain another 'Satan's Gift' scroll, they will not be able to use it until:

    a. They PERMA kill a ninja, any ninja
    AND
    b. 6 hours of GAME TIME has passed since their previous use.

Jutsu Level: Beginner (anyone can use it)
Chakra Nature:Ying? Yang?
Jutsu Range: Melee - Wide

Effects If Hit:The meteorite is made of pure lead. With a density of 11340kg/m^3 (or 11.3g/cm^3) the potential for large-scale damage is immense and will completely depend on the size of the meteorite.

Being made of lead, the jutsu will also poison anyone within a 200% range, whether or not they are hit from it or not. For example; a meteor with a volume of  5x5x5 cm^3  will poison anyone 10x10x10 cm^3 from the origin in ALL directions
and a 500x500x500 m^3 meteor will posion anyone 1000x1000x1000 m^3 from the origin in ALL directions.
 
 I believe this game works with a physics engine so below is a little representation as to how such a jutsu could possible be calculated; with only one random variable, which I refer to as "Varying volume".

Constant Density x Varying volume--> Varying mass --> Varying force --> Varying damage
Varying volume--> Varying impact range  x 2 --> Varying poison range

Extra Points

I understand meteorites are not pure lead but I hope that shouldn't be a problem.

And if the 6 hour penalties are too small/large, feel free to adjust them. (I was originally going to suggest 24 hour penalties but that seemed extreme. Idk, 12 hours?)

The restrictions on health can also be applied to chakra.

This took me like an hour of editing and changing ideas so please don't say "it's too similar to Tenguy sensei" or something like that...I mean just imagine someone using this in a perma death zone. Possible killing dozens and then having to run for their life with barely any health left and no possibility of healing/teleportation.
Or someone using it to attempt to overthrow a village only for an average sized boulder to knock out a random villager and the user being severely disadvantaged for nothing.

It is also important to note that the scroll will be fairly difficult to find. And with the massive drawbacks, but also massive potential, the jutsu will both be scarcely used and highly sought after. The retrieval of such a scroll could literally cost lives.

Depending on how much damage this causes, it could be possible to remove the poison effect.

Jutsu Description: This jutsu allows the caster to permanently steal the last used jutsu from their target.
Jutsu Level: Master (The user must know several high level Genjutsu, for example: 3 S Class and 5 A Class)
Chakra Nature: Ying?
Jutsu Range: Near
Effects if hit: The target permanently forgets his last used jutsu. The caster learns this jutsu, at the cost of one of his/her own jutsu that will be permanently forgotten. The jutsu that the caster forgets is random whereas the target will always forget their last used jutsu. (Even if they are currently weaving signs for a new one.)


And regardless of the chakra nature/requirements of the newly-learnt jutsu, the caster will be able to use it.


Both the target and caster will never be able to remember their lost jutsu.


The caster will never be able to cast this jutsu again. And the target/victim will never be able to have this jutsu used on them. (Unless they die, but technically it's a new character.) 


However the caster can be the target and the target can become the caster.


Basically, you can have this jutsu used on you once and use it once. Ever.  ;D

Effects if hit: Rain will always increase the damage of water type moves and reduce the damage of fire type moves. The % increase, % decrease, duration and affected area will all vary in accordance to the wishes of the user. To make things interesting, the caster may be able to specify how much of each factor they want, for example;
 
If 2 ninja's of the same ability used the same amount of chakra to cast 'Rain' they could get varying results depending on the features they choose.
 
Caster A


Water Damage Buff: 25%
Fire Damage Debuff: 25%

Duration: 3 minutes
Affected Area: Medium (100x100m)


Caster B

Water Damage Buff: 1%
Fire Damage Debuff: 15%
Duration: 15 minutes
Affected Area: Wide (1000x1000m)
 
To keep this fair there would need to be constant ratio's to these factors as no caster (besides Vreg of course) should be able to do this:

Fire Damage Debuff: 50%
Duration: 15 minutes
Affected Area: Very Wide (2000x2000m)
 
 

And to make things fair and stuff, these are the elemental variants of 'Rain'. These will obviously follow the above rules for Rain.

What about a permanent chat box in the bottom left of the screen, similar to the one we currently have in deathmatch? It would enable much easier conversing as opposed to the keeping the Forum page open or creating a new window.


It could also be modifiable with options to increase and decrease size as well as minimize.


If not in use, it could fade into a transparent screen.

Yeah I'm pretty sure you won't be able to completely destroy a village to the point of not having it as an option to start in.

Having control over a village by ruling it with a puppet government is as far as you'll be able to go.


But who will the village officially belong to? Continuing with the example that Chakra set, will the taken over Adidas village belong to Nike? Or Adidas? Surely when a new player starts they should be aware that by choosing to start in Adidas, they are technically under the control of Nike? Or will Adidas still stand solitarily? (it's a word, I googled it)

+rep'd you. I'm not a staff member but all the same if anyone knows the cause of any bugs/glitches be sure to post them. They can't be fixed if Vreg doesn't know how they occur.

If I release a Chidori at any point during a double jump my character returns to an odd, bent over position.

This position doesn't impair gameplay in any way, I can run at max speed and jump as normal. And the character returns to normal by pressing any hand sign.

I just thought it would be useful to point out...

this post seems less and less necessary as I go on >.>

Thank you very much, I was wondering what was causing that bent over occurrence, this will be patched in the upcoming updates.
