Clan history: the Kage clan is as old as the shinobi existence, however it's initial creation was lost to time, this clan has simply been accepted as always being there, like the shadows that fall when light shines. the clan eventually spread out through the entirety of the great nations and villages. while much about this clan's history is in obscurity, one tradition from ancient times has managed to be passed down, every year on the night of the first new moon, a kage clan member is to recite a prayer in the dead of night, "The darkness of night follows the light of day, the suns protection comes to an end and the shinobi's job begins, Shadow of night i swear this vow to be the good of the dark, by the way of shadow."

Unique traits: the Kage clan has a dark black hair and ether blue or black eyes, they have average height and a thin but agile frame. the kage clan also has a tendancy to gain the wind chakra nature, though this is not always the case

Strengths: the kage clan has a particular knack for kenjutsu, and genjutsu, and typically have very precise and quick movements

Weaknesses: the kage clan has a disadvantage that their thin frame doesn't easily gain muscle, so they are usually lacking in brute strength, and thus also are at a disadvantage in taijutsu. members of this clan also tend to have difficulty with heavier, bulky, or imprecise weapons such as a sickle and chain, or a polearm.

Rankings: because of the clan being scattered among the several hidden villages, over time the clan dropped attempts to formally collect and thus caused rankings to fall into obscurity.

Name: Shadow Dream Jutsu (Kage no yume no Jutsu)
Type: Genjutsu
Description: the user of the jutsu will send out an echo of their voice filled with chakra, anyone within the hearing range will see the user turn completely black, then see a wave of black radiate from the user until they become completely blind, they then see numerous humanoid shadow figures surround them, meanwhile in reality the user may attack the target without them knowing where they are. maintaining this would likely take a constant amount of chakra per person.

Nature: yin or yang (don't remember which is which.)

Hit effects: Anyone Victim of this jutsu will become completely blind and see shadow-figures
