Clan history: This clan’s history goes back to the time of the sage of the six paths, when the father of all shinobi created all ninjutsu and blessed the Hano clan with amazing stamina and control over water itself. For a long time the people of the Hano clan thought everything was below them, that is the reason why most of the other clans decided to make them extinct. The Hano clan found out about this plan and decided to choose one successor to the clan that would rebuild the clan, they had decided that a newborn child should be chosen because that child does not have any memories of this clan and would not seek revenge. This certain child was left in the bushes behind a city far far away and he was found by a kind farmer who saw he had talent for ninjutsu immediately. So he decided to make him go to the academy when he grows up. After 18 years this child found out about his clan. And 1 year later he found out that there were more survivors. Now he is trying to rebuild it. This young man is Nagare Hano, the successor of the Hano clan.
Unique traits:
They prefer coldness over warmth.
They usually have eyes as blue as the ocean.
They are calm like a peaceful river, which also means they dont care much about killing someone that has wronged other people.
Strengths: Excel at water type ninjutsu, have great stamina and they have super sturdy bodies, they also are quite intelligent.
Weaknesses: They are not the fastest, they are very careless which causes them to easily lose track of important things or leave holes in their defense. And they cant control themselves when they see someone being killed.

Sorry to be a nusiance but The Sage of Six Paths did not create ninjutsu, however he did create ninshū that led to the creation of ninjutsu because ninshū was wrongly used. Anyway besides that can my clan ally with yours? Mine has no members yet nor allies or rivals, I need to make my clan strong.

Well unless its an org vs clan war which I've never really heard of, I guess you choose which one. I can't think of many scenarios where that would happen.

The yokubo, my org, is going to try and take out the kage and Vreg. That's one scenario I can see. Where the org triies to take out the hidden storm's kage and then I will have to choose who i'm with.
