Regarding your question:
Depends on the organisations, technically it's allowed to join multiple organisations.
But not every single organisation allows it, reasons could be:
-Organisations have different goals, which collide.
-Organisation in question is meant as a "Main organisation" meaning people would have to fully commit to it, and have no other organisations which could possibly distract them.

There could be more reasons, but I can't quite think of them atm.

TL;DR: Yes it's allowed to join multiple organisations, make sure the ones you're interested in allow it though.

We already have members with different affiliations.
As for how we deal with it, we don't interfere with other organisations business, however Yürei members aren't allowed to kill each other (Capturing at most.)
They'll still have to come when the call has been made by the majority in agreement.
But whatever they do in their free-time is up to them.
