so i was wondering if for some jutsu that don't require a chakra nature to be able to add it to the jutsu e.x adding water style to the rasengan.

It would be awesome but no... any change to a jutsu would need to be made at the code level of the game so it will be impossible to do jutsu creations. there may some time in the far future be some expansion that has a code righter built in so that you can do something like this but for now with the current game you will not be able to create or add to jutsu.

Unless he put combinations you could create to create a new jutsu but the would all be planned out

but if i was going to create a system where you could create a jutsu- it would be a 3 step process.
1. hand signs- with 13 keys there are 1001 combinations with jutsu using 1-13 hand signs
with 20 in game basic for each tree that means any one player could make a max of 941 jutsu unique to them
so the first step is deciding how many signs you use-this would be based on your chakra control level.
the higher the level the more hand signs you can use the more powerful the jutsu
2. next you would decide on type- ninjutsu or genjutsu( taijutsu is a hole other system but ones the animation for taijutsu is done making taijutsu combo would not be hard)
Genjutsu would be the easiest since it is just a effect and no real animation is necessary
simply select from a list of effects- the more hand signs the more effects can occur.
then select the resource cost which for genjutsu is chakra amount and a SE value the more hand signs the higher the value the longer the effect
3. Ninjutsu would be tricky
first you must decide on if it is a yin, yang, nature, or form
then assign the corresponding resource value to it.... SO
Yin(se stat)
Yang(pe stat)
Nature(chakra control level)
Form(chakra control level)
if you need to use all 4 you must have at least chakra control level 4 and use 4 hand signs
once you decide on the format (lets say your developing a rasengan with water nature)
yin-200
yang-400
nature CC level 5- water
Form- CC level 5- sphere animation
so yin and yang are fairly simple the more you use the more power the jutsu has.to start you may only add small amounts- the more hand sighns you use the higher values you can assign.
nature - at cc level 4 you get the option to use your primary nature for the jutsu 5 you get your sec
form is the animation of the jutsu. at cc level 4 you get basic animation for the jutsu. level 5 you unlock more advanced animations.
the downside to creating your own jutsu would be trying to balance power with stamina yourself. not to mention these would activate straight out of your resources and use up much more chakra then if you just used the jutsu in game. but this is the best you could do with jutsu creation more like selecting and balancing jutsu that have animation already in game. to fund the game maybe more animation could be bought. this would not make jutsu more powerful just make them look different then the other jutsu.

i meant adding your chakra nature to it kind like the rasen-shurukin but your idea is better and more thought out tho

The only thing that dosent seem right is. There wont be susanno which is my specialty and neither will there be kyubii. and that is because nothing from the original naruto will be in the game. so i think we should create another form of susanno that has different traits and abilities.

The susanoo is a very popular technique in Naruto, i'm sure there'll be some form of something similar to it in-game.

The susanoo is a very popular technique in Naruto, i'm sure there'll be some form of something similar to it in-game.
If they add any form of susano'o to the game, you'd better believe it'll be my main.
I just hope if they do, then you can pick your own color for it.

I really think this kind of Jutsu creation idea has merit...only needing to add new chakra forms and effects that can be found in game would let each player add a new jutsu to the game that may eventually become standard for their village would be a awesome game mechanic. but this is not a priority...
but with different forms of susano'o with clocks, aremer, devel,angle, all with skeletons as bass
collar being effected by nature.-sasuke's purple- lightning and itachi's red- fire, blue water, green-wind and brown-earth

that's what i was thinking...a skill you unlock once you master a certain chakra control level that puts the option in your character info....
