Problem with donate

I can’t get it because I get an error when sending money. There is money in the account and the bank does not write that they have problems

As far as I know, donations had been disabled by Vreg a while ago.
Though he could've just said he was going to do that.

Why has Vreg disabled the donations ? Will the project be aborted ?

As he wasn't making any progress, he didn't want to accept donations if I recall correctly.
