You needed to sign up when the exams first started
The requirements included being registered for 6 months so you wouldn't be able to enter anyway.

Good day Shinobi, here are the results of the final test you've all been waiting for.

All participants had to fight Vreg, the amount of points they received were based on their amount of damage dealt on Vreg divided by 2.

-DarthTyrael: 500 points (1000 damage)
-Mars: 408 points (816 damage)
-Ken: 500 points (1000 damage)
-Sanji: 125 points (250 damage)
-Reminance: 500 points (1000 damage)
-Shivraj: 125 points (250 damage)
-Konohuro: 0 points (0 damage)

500 points minimum are required to get the kage position.
