I think ppl should be able to kil allies for kekk, only to keep the realism. The danger of being too exceptional

True, but a game is a game. Players with a kekkei shouldn't feel paranoid about getting attacked by an ally. This is a game, not real life Naruto.

Shinobi Life Online Suggestions / Re: Tournament

We neeed this!!!!!

Hey everybody. I believe this is my first suggestion thread ever on this forum. I don't post often, but I think I have a few good ideas for some things.

edit: (I looked around, and part 1 looks like it will already be implemented sometime in the future)
First: Jumping

Some people *cough* mars *cough* have brought up an issue about jumping. The fact is that when someone jumps, it is hard to follow them and it really doesn't exert enough chakra to be costly to spam. For jumping, however, there are actually two issues.

1. Spam jumping
2. No variation in height

My idea is to allow for us to somehow be able to control how high we jump (maybe you hold the jump button until you reach how far you want to go/til you hit highest possible jump height). The farther the height, the more chakra is used. OR, to make it easier for vreg there could be 2 jump heights (short and full), or even 3 (low, medium, high).

Now to address the second issue, jumping really just needs a slight increase in chakra consumption (not chidori level).

Second: Kekkei Genkai

Now I believe this was suggested awhile back about rewarding groups with kekkei genkai in dm. I would like to give my own opinion and suggestion on this. Now I don't know exactly what all will be statistically recorded, or what kinds of jutsu and such will be implemented, but ill just assume anything goes and if something isn't implemented then this suggestion can be adjusted later.

My suggestion is to have a Kekkei Genkai be awarded to the top 3 in each statistical category. The kekkei genkai for each category would be determined by vreg or some other admin and the top 3 players in that category would receive that kekkei genkai. Also, maybe there could be a top clan kekkei genkai as well. Anyway, here are some statistical categories that could be used:

1. Most kills
2. Most points (considering there is a point system, and there are such things as assists/revives/etc.)
3. Most assists ("")
4. Most revives (assuming this is team-based, and that revives are possible)
5. Longest killstreak
6. Most kills using (insert element)-release
7. Most kills using taijutsu
8. Most kills using genjutsu
9. Most kills using ninjutsu

These are all the categories I could think of so far. Obviously all of these wouldn't be used to give out kg, but im sure atleast 3+ would be great.

Second Part II: Taking Kekkei Genkai

Ex: Kakashi, Sasuke (sort of), Madara (sort of), Donzo.

Basically my suggestions is if you kill a person with a kekkei genkai that involves a physical part of the body (byuakugan, sharingan, rinnegan, etc.), then you can be able to take that for yourself. HOWEVER, to balance this more, here are some rules:

1. If you kill someone that possesses it from your own village, you will become rouge immediately, and you WONT get the kg (this is to stop people from killing their own village to get a kg). Same goes for allied nations.

2. If a person with a kg dies, they can have the option of giving there kg to someone. If the person accepts, they get that kg.

3. Basically if you kill someone that isn't an ally, and they possess a kg, you get it. So to put together rules 2 and 3, each person gets 1 eye (1+1 = 2).

Any other suggestions to make this work would be awesome.

Third: Kekkei Tota

So this is more of a question then a suggestion, but will these exist in game? If they do, can only hidden hill receive this because they have the chance of learning 3 chakra natures? My suggestion for this is don't make it too powerful lol.

Thanks, and sorry for any bad grammar. I tried to type this up as fast as I could.

I'm sure as you become stronger in the game, it would be more difficult to get even stronger than you already are

This.

Shinobi Life Online Suggestions / Re: Spectator Mode
« on: August 04, 2015, 14:32:06 »
In 1.0.8.3 there will be a fully functional spectate mode that gets initiated after you die/freeze. This mode allows you to switch the camera (and character status information) to anyone that is still alive.

Nice

I thnk it should be "last seen here." And not just a radar for tracking them. I do agree with showing if they are online or not because if a rouge ninja decides to not play on that account for a week, people might accidently waste their time looking for him for a whole week.

The other ideas are flawed as well but others have already covered that

I suggest buffing the damage of all jutsus overall by a LOT. It takes 5 hits to kill someone with the chidori when speed is at 0. You're probably not gonna go full speed at someone because it is a chakra waster, you're probably gonna go under the speed limit that starts to take away chakra. So I would suggest raising the chidori base damage to 400 or 350, fire breath to 65 or 70. Also increasing the jumping and dodging chakra to 150.

It's supposed to be hard to kill someone. That way people can't be complaining about losing their characters so easily in perma-death zones, and it makes the game a lot more interesting.

I agree. Since everyone is of equal strength atm, it shouldn't be easy to kill. However, once the rpg elements are implemented, someone who is much stronger then someone else will probably have an easier time killing them.

Jump should consume chakra only when you detach from the ground. At the moment, chakra is drain even when you are in mid air, when in fact- in my opinion- chakra should be spent only when you launch, after this you don't use chakra anymore.
Actually jump only consumes chakra when you jump, what you're seeing in the chakra bar is the linear decreasing of that original consumption. It doesn't go from 1000 to 950 instantly, it builds down from 1000 to 950 in linear fashion.

But something contradicts. If I do a normal jump on a flat surface, the chakra decreases like you said but If I jump on a sloped area like a mountain: from the bottom to the pick, the chakra will stop decreasing when I land which means it stops faster. But I may be wrong, I haven't tried it repeatedly to confirm this.
I'm pretty sure that doesn't happen.

im pretty sure it's coincidence. Think about it. Lets say it takes 2 seconds for the chakra to decrease to the amount that it used to jump. If you jump on a normal flat surface, it probably takes 4 seconds to land, so the chakra finished decreasing while you are still in the air. Now, if you were jumping up a mountain, it will take much less time to land because the place where you land will be higher then from where you jumped. This jump may only take 2 seconds, causing the point where you land to be sort of synchronized with when the chakra depletion finishes.

The huge purple rasengan does damage, fire breath does damage, Amaterasu does damage

Not when I've been a playing. I've stood at many different angles and distances shooting a non-moving person and no damage was done. Maybe I was just unlucky
