The server is offline, nobody can play until Vreg reboots it. Try again in a few hours.
If you go to
https://www.shinobilifeonline.com/index.php?action=forum (https://www.shinobilifeonline.com/index.php?action=forum)
you will see the status of the server above the shoutbox. When there is no more red offline
and instead green online, next to the Game Server:, you will be able to play
