Description of the character's personality: This man is a leader of a clan he acts noble and strong yet he is not full of himself, he cares for others well-beings more than himself and he is extremely determined to overcome any challenge.

Description of the character's history: From the time of his birth up to four years of age he was like any other shinobi until he and his brother (Joferii) activated the first known eyes to have Kyūmei-me, a mix of their fathers's adapted taijutsu eyes and their mother's Nagai kinshi ability. These eyes would then become a unique trait to the Maiti-ken Clan. But sadly months later after the activations Neesan's parents and brother died to a unkown disease that Neesan managed to fight off. He named the clan after his father's ambitions and is currently trying to recruit members to make his clan strong.
