This census really just shows general user statistics per village. It has no influence over anyone's gameplay. You can play as usual at all times.

@Barleb  if you're talking about the criteria for classifying the members on their activity status, then it's their last active date/time that decides whether they are active/inactive/idle.



And yeah, as long as you have a character, you have a place in this census
