In naruto when they were genin yes  absolutely useless not because of skill though. She had no  Focus other than sasuka. No reason to improve.
She got that focus at the end and became powerful to the point that in my opinion she  at the start of shappuden has more skills than both Naruto & Sasuk. Not jutsu or talent- SKILL.

I can agree with this , ONLY THING Sakura did in part one was show she knows how to control her chakra early on that's it. At the start of shippuden she did have more skills than Naruto and Sasuke, she has always been smart don't get me wrong she is strategic and was more strategic than Naruto and Sasuke at the start of Shippuden ( Since they like to charge straightforward 97% of the time)

& Also what does she do ? TenTen has been as helpful as Kiba

I was wondering how will we be able to contact others in game ? like will we be able to use microphone to talk during the game ? if so will other players be able to hear us or can we set it to " team , clan , or specific person only " or will I have to type to contact another player ? Or will we be able to connect through 3rd party app like Skype etc. & Also will we have the option to write a letter and send it via bird with the possibility of others being able to kill the messenger bird and steal the message ?
