By "the best" I do not mean that our aim is to be the best, I mean that you will only have a spot in this organisation if you are.
Our goal is to aid anyone within our ranks. A task is carried out much more efficiently with skilled people.

Being in this organisation means that if you're in a spot of trouble, you can rely on a group of skilled shinobi to help you out.
Applying:

Show your worth with your in-game skill or intellect when Chokarrot members are around.
Alternatively, you can ask to try out against a member in-game.

Joining this organisation does in no way mean you have to leave your current organisation as it is a group and will not have a routine for missions.
If you still want to join but your current organisation does not allow you, you may become an anonymous member when asked to join. If you are not asked to join you may ask for a tryout through pm.
