This jutsu requires only chakra and no nature.
There won’t be jutsu like this aparerntly.

Shadow clones: Maybe
There are several suggestions on how this could work but nothing confirmed yet.

Rasanshuraken: likely
This might be a high level wind style jutsu with a different name. Probably wind shurakin or something.

But none of this will happen any time soon!

I mean, seeing posts like this shows that there's always new players that join the community pretty much all the time.

There’s no shortage of people that want a good Naruto RPG that is not a 2d go right game!!
But even that is better then this in my opinion we need more content at least some healing jutsu of some kind and basic stamina and Taijutsu. Hell finish the hidden hill and make the hospital functional to recover life points when your within its walls. That would even be enough. At least then the game would be worth playing.
