Toad.... I made my Sig using Google images(searching for pics and background), MS PowerPoint(to assemble the sig), MS Paint(to crop and save the pic) and Lunapic online editor(to make it transparent) :3

I request you to fine tune it using your Photoshop skills or make it look better.

Its called parchment I guess (not sure since I wasn't able to make out what it read) But it started with P, size is quite small and is dope. You'll find it in Powerpoint 2010.
