Choose the country where you currentlly live! If you live and you are born in two different country you can put two votes!
If you pick the wrong country you can change the vote!

Oh nice reply sorry, you can choose the country where you born or where you currently live, better where you currently live. If you stay in a different country for a long time "currently live", if you going back early better where you born. Anyway what country you prefer.

I would say that you should put your country of birth, not necessarily descent.
It makes more sense. If you have blood from country X but are born and raised in Y, in my opinion you would be classified as a person from Y.
