Has he really been banned! If he really has been banned for good, and no-one else would want to take over Katakiuchi, I would like to take over (by that i mean things like editing the thread, reviving the skype chat that has been dead for years, stuff like that XD). But if Shivraj does ever come back, everything would go straight back to him. Thoughts everyone?
