Started today, Not sure its a bug but help Me

Hey guys :D
I srated today playng SLo but after I executed the program and accessed my account My character was half-naked and there wasn't  customizing section... The only building there was was closed and the map was very limited... Is this How you all started?? Im from Portugal btw...

the game is currently not finish so you will start as a bald person with only pants on but their's a change skin color system and also for pant but currently no legit character costumization so let's just wait for it to be added :)
