So what I was thinking to start is that senjutsu would be trainable to Several levels.
It would start by increasing the total amount of chakra you can use. Not as far as double but maybe add 1/3 of max to your total. If that's all it did it might be enuph but I would like to see small buffs to chakra based jutsu as well.

Jutsu: Senjutsu & Ninjutsu
Hidden Skill: Renkiri (storm element needed)
Strong aspects:
- Has a lot of chakra and ways to obtain chakra
- Really skilled with weapons (shuriken, swords, kunai etc.)
Weak points:
- Does not know anything about genjutsu except 'dispel'
- Less skilled at tracking down enemies
- Less skilled in hiding/ staying unnoticed

Discription:
Kada is a really enthusiastic ninja that just turned 18. Since he was a little boy he had learned how to be a ninja and had been training enthusiastic. He has learned how to use senjutsu and is extremely skilled with weapons. Because his chakra control is so high, he can let it flow through any weapon and tactically use it. He usually teams up with someone who knows genjutsu and is able to notice enemies really fast (tracker-ninja), this is because those are Kada's weak points, also girls...

His primary chakra nature is water and he was born in the Hidden Snow. His second element turned out to be Raiton (lightning), but he also had the ability to combine those Renton. With that he created a technique only he can use, Renkiri. Storm will come from his hand and he will be able to pierce through every object with his hands or the weapon he is holding.

He created two organisations: Jiyū no tsubasa (Wings of Freedom)& Juu Buso Ninja (Heavily Armed Ninja). All information about Jiyuu no Tsubasa is secret but Juu Buso Ninja is an organisation for ninja's who a extremely skilled with weapons, they are able to make weapons and store them in space-time. They can also use them better than any other ninja. The ninja's in Juu Buso Ninja are really heavily armed with weapons, so you don't want to pick a fight with them. These organisations really take a lot of Kada's time and he is always busy with managing them.

Me in real life:
Im a sixteen year old teen that just likes watching anime and gaming. Of course this project is the perfect combination and of course will I keep supporting SLO till it is done. Im from the Netherlands also.
Oh, also. Im active on MyAnimeList, its a pretty nice anime community with all kinds of clubs and activities.
