I was thinking that u are doing a pretty low level place and that the mednin who is helping u is a freaking master, he can kill every snakes with one hit.

Either u are lucky and u were fighting those snake with a good mednin. Or a really bad and mad mednin wait u entirely die to take ur blood only in order to concoct a dangerous poison (and one last possibility the mednin come too late but use the contaminated blood from ur corpse to make an antidote which will save several ninjas).

Yes, but The owner (a npc) of this shop will only open his gate to rogue (asuma met hidan outside).
I know other teams were ransacking other unlawful place but we are in the game and people won't be able to let rogue nin come and go to a place they know. (then yes trying to kepp it secret)

I will up that again because i thought that the kage need a list of all ninjas he have in his village (obviously) and can maybe have frequent reports from his sensei (chuunin/jonin) about progress of all genin, to be aware if a genin is unusually strong or intelligent etc...
Afterwards if someone is at the top of the list the kage convene the ninja like when he give mission but ask him to take a special test. (everything done in secret)
