Lets discuss hypothetical fights between two Shinobi and question who would win.

I'll go first.

Danzo Shimura vs Kakashi Hatake

Location: Dead Tree Forest (Where Naruto and Co fought Hidan and Kakuzu)

Mindset: In Character

Restrictions: None

As long as Kakashi has the stamina he has shown in the war, I don't think he'll have any problem killing Danzo.

I see that as plot no jutsu, he's simply being given stamina and chakra to keep him relevant, whereas before he used Kamui twice and was in hospital.
Danzo wins this for me.
