Description:
No one knows exactly when the SG came into conception. However, one thing is for certain -Its shinobi were a must on the battlefield. Masters of medical and sensory ninjutsu, these ninja were a rare commodity that were heavily desired. In every medium-large scale battle one would find countless SG soldiers on both sides. It was not uncommon for SG shinobi to even be on both sides of the same battle, for there is money to be made from both sides of a quarrel. Each member is given jobs, but he or she can deny any job for personal reasons. This organization simply takes in offers and shares them based on difficulty with members.
Purpose/Goals:
There is no true purpose for the organization. Only to provide a means for medical and sensory shinobi to earn large sums of money by completing requests by other villages, rogue organizations, etc. Our clientele does not matter, only the coin.
Unique features:
Each member will have the organization’s logo (depending on their rank) tattooed onto their inner forearm.
Rankings:
In the GS there are 4 ranks.
Council 5- This council receives each offer and determines the difficulty. It is their job to then delegate the requests to the other members or accept them themselves. They are the most respected members of the organization and are the only ones that bear the colored tattoo of the org.
Ishi- The Ishi are directly below the Council 5 and replace one of the members if he or she dies. They are given highest jobs second to only that of the Council. Their words are respected by the Council and are given the right to challenge up to join if they please. However, this challenge must be accepted by a majority vote and the details of the challenge are decided by the Council.
Chūkantai- The Chūkantai are the average medical and sensory ninjutsu user. They are given the most amount of jobs and are paid relatively well.
The Initiates- The Initiates are just beginning to see medical and sensory ninjutsu for what it is. They usually have just joined the organization and are given to easiest missions to work their way up to the higher ranks.

Rules:
The rules are fairly simple:
No matter what organization you are in, once you enter SG’s building your quarrels with other members end.
Fighting outside the building is permitted; however, it must be supervised by an Ishi member or higher. (Fighting is permitted if the job requires it)
Once a member takes a job, that said member must see it through.
There is no interfering for other member’s jobs.
You are here to make money, simple as that. Don’t try to make the organization look any different than it actually is.
