Technical Support / I can't play.

I just found this game and was excited to play it. The downloading of the software, logging in and the naming of my character all went smoothly, however when I actually went to go into a server it came up with a connection message: "Connection attempt failed, possibly because of internal connectivity problems.". Is there something i can do to be able to play or is there something wrong with the servers?
