Title: Popularity Test
Post by: Cedie on July 03, 2016, 17:50:59: ELECTION GENERAL GUIDELINE: Each of the three tests provides specific points you can gather. The total points must be at least 500 to be elected as Kage.

•Popularity Test•

1. All registered participants, both the electorates/voters and candidates, must vote wisely.

2. Participants have a total of 4 voting power; 1 vote is equivalent to +10 points and -10 points for positive and negative votes, respectively. 3 positive votes to be distributed to your 3 different chosen candidates and 1 negative vote to the one you think is not worthy.

3. Kage candidates may or may not give themselves a positive vote but never a negative vote.

3. Cast your positive votes on the poll herein. On one hand, you will also cast the same positive votes and a negative vote by sending me (Cedie) a personal message, using the format below. The poll only serves as a showcase of the event as people can mess it up. The real votes are the 'pmed' ones due to its reliability.

The purpose of your code name is to keep your identity private and avoid friction with other candidates as your message will be 'screen-shoted' as vote receipt and as proof of positive/negative votes.

4. Negative votes will be deducted to the total positive votes of the candidates when voting ends.

5. Voting will end on - 23:59 (UTC +00), Sunday, 17, July, 2016.

If someone only got one vote, one question right in theoretical test and got one hit in the physicals do you really think that would be a fair test if you made them Kage?

I need votes just as much as anyone else lol

Again, to be a Kage a candidate is required to have a total score of 500 points after the three tests. For this test, your net votes are multiplied by 10 to get your scores. Negative points for this test will be deducted to the succeeding tests.

For the next test, Theoretical or Mental Test will have 300 points available for you to gather. Good luck!!!
