I see the question on how will dmges work to how will combat work to jobs but i dont think i hv seen any questions about how will u become a genin, chunin or jonin, will there be a type of weekly/monthly tournament to graduate or will it be a lvl up kinda thing, cause if its a type of tournament it will be quite awesome but wat do u think, can this be possible?

there'll be a tournament to graduate into a higher rank. The rank will allow you take to harder quests to earn money. There is not leveling in Shinobi Life Online.

wow fast reply but like u said if u cant lvl up in narusmiu so does tht mean ur char wont hv stats ?

There will be jutsu levels. 3 levels for each jutsu, 20 jutsus for each chakra nature. There will be a couple of stats like chakra amount/ dexterity. But nothing like evasion or block rate.. you know, things that would kill the fun.
