In 2 years time i will study programming or software developing.Or something in the IT field and might help out in this huge project

But, what if I have no expectations, since there is tbh (not trying to be mean) a low percent chance of him being hired ( NEVER GIVE UP. JUST DO IT)  do I get crushed?

If you have no experience whatsoever, you will most likely not get hired.
