Village Elder Election part 2

Congratulations to the four new advisors:

However, we now have 3 villages (hidden shockwave, haze and volcano) with no representatives.

In order to remedy this, a second, longer vote will be held. In this, anyone may vote (one vote per person) for a member of those villages to represent them (even if you are not from that village). When one member has enough votes and is active, they will be nominated elder of their village.

I don't see anyone who would fit the spot as an elder from those 3 villages as they have the least players.
DrSuhi is a nice guy but he's not active enough imo and nobody else stands out.
Because of this, I'm keeping my vote.

Well this election doesn't look like it's really going to happen, and I propose a solution. When there is no government,  what usually happens is rouge organizations or other governments come and colonize that shit. What I was thinking is we set a deadline for the elections, wait it out and the villages without an elder are up for the taking. We make a nice little event, where you fight with your organization or village, against other such forces. The winner gets the political power over the village. Just thought I should share it since you get a fun event by solving a problem

And the org's leader will be a kage, and ofc, will get to be in the Kage Summits and such.
