If I remember correctly, that image was made using photoshop reusing a character and adding/removing bits.
It was done by @Leebz as far as I know, could be mistaken of course.

Hey guys, I know I just created this post today, but so far I have made much progress on Part 1 of Harukoo's history... Lol trust me, its gonna be a long one thats filled with story after story, so I hope you guys like stories... For all of you waiting for the history, I'm thinking of posting either today (since its 12:23 over here rn) or tomorrow as I brush up some final details of part 1, Hope you guys enjoy!

I don't think you should. The implementation of the above would require a whole septret camera system for the players with this abuility. I don't see vreg reworking that for one dojutsu.
