It might take a couple of years for BETA to be released. I think that in next 2-3 years we might be able to play SLO BETA version.

New jutsus, clothes and other things will be announced earlier, and I mean definitely.
The thing is that I am also pretty much sure that there will be mobile version of game earlier than PC version.
