few questions for the devs

hey I have a few questions for you guys

1.when the game starts how will ranking go. Because I was thinking just because your a good fighter doesn't mean you should get a jonin rank. I feel it should be appointed to you. For exp you can only become a genin if you do the test like in Naruto when even tho he was stronger he was still a genin when he came back home. I feel it should be a requirement to past a test like mission to have that rank where all players fight for the title type thing or you have to do something horrific to be called a animal like kill hundreds of shinobi with not 1% of mercy or a rouge ninja by betraying the village or a shinobi god by doing enough god level missions you get what I mean. 

2.If you do betrayal and no ones around will you automatically be on the list? Or only if a witness is around to tell I feel like it will defeat the purpose of spying if you kill someone who knows your a spy and you end up on the list I feel like only if a player has witnessed the crime and past the village bounder's should your name be on the list and if you kill in side the village only if someone see other than the victim can you be put on the list

3.In combat I feel we should have the option to put on friendly fire. lets say you made a deal with the enemy and you wait for the right time like in battle and your partners don't know. you can pick them off but the first person you hit the system will make you be seen a enemy to the other players screen this means everyone will always need to be more aware of their surroundings and the people they associate their self's with.

#1 I think you're mixing titles and ranks into one group. As for ranks, the system is going to be more based on your kills of more experienced shinobi.

1) you can only get to genin, chunin an jonin by exams. You can be at jonin level, but will not have the official jonin rank

No you don't.
You get jonin from being a boss, pretty sure there is no exam.

Well, Chunin and Jonin are by exams. In the Naruto series they look for leadership to promote Chunin and Jonin. I don't know what we will look for in Chunin and Jonin in SLO though. Maybe, leadership and strength?

2. I think i heard somewhere in the shoutbox before that if nobody sees you killing someone then nothing will happen. This game is trying to be as realistic as possible without ruining gameplay, and in real life if you nobody sees you killing, stealing or committing a crime then you don't get in trouble.

A higher up rank will decide if you're jonin worthy. But you won't have to take an exam, they'll decide judged on your performance in missions.
