Title: Forbidden jutsus

If there will be forbidden jutsus how we will learn them?

I think its just jutsu within your jutsu tree that are classified as forbidden

Nope, from what I know the jutsu tree will contain the jutsu withing your chakra nature element. As for kinjutsu, I heard these'll be other techniques that you can only master after you'll have mastered your two chakra natures. One example of a jutsu that'll be classified as forbidden is Hiraishin. Well at least that's what I heard 'bout 'em
