Init, it was waay to savage. In their defense though, the game was waaay too fast paced. If the hourly interest changes were changed to daily and the daily cycles were changed to weekly then the game might have had a future. I see what he was trying to do and with proper planning it could have succeeded, he just put too much emphasis on the player. The only options should have been withdraw/deposit, buy/sell.

Having outlines only looks good if the surroundings look cartoony aswell. If there would be an option to enable outlines it would look really bad, unless that option would make the surroundings cartoony aswell which means that every texture in the game would have a cartoon version (And I guess the shaders get changed aswell).

That's a lot of effort for a game that isn't even finished, so I don't think outlines are going to be in the game.
