Jutsu Name: White World Cast

Jutsu Type:Genjutsu

Jutsu Description: the caster must stand still for 2-3 seconds while using jutsu, a white ball of light is shot out of the user hands contaning a powerful genjutsu, if it hits ANYTHING (including self), it expands and locks any entity inside it inside a powerful genjutsu.
Jutsu Level:Master

Chakra Nature: Yang

Jutsu Range: Large

Effects if hit:  The white ball dissipates after 2 seconds but the affected beings will be locked in the genjutsu for 35 seconds (capping at 40 seconds, increasing by 5 seconds every upgrade), with the caster stunned regardless of being hit for at least 20 seconds. (reducing to 5 seconds by max)
Increased jutsu level heightens size of ball and length genjutsu lasts
Used to incapitate large armies/groups in order for one to change the tides of a battle

Fireball -> Fire -> Long-range
