This is something we get fairly often. First to answer your question of:

"Wil there be one jutsu people overuse or what"

No.

Not only will everyone not have access to every jutsu upon release of further iterations of the game, different jutsu will be balanced to allow for reactive and situational combat. There won't be one super jutsu that works for everything / against every opponent. In full release you'll have to train yourself to hone your skills in different areas, sprinting + leg weights for speed, that kind of stuff. Maybe find a teacher who can you show you new Taijutsu techniques, etc. As for getting more skilled, well that's really up to you. No game mechanic will make you 'more skilled', you get more skilled at a game through experience and practice. To sum it up for you, practice and train in the things that you want your character to improve on, and it'll happen. As for the game right now, there's really only the player's skill that can be improved, but it's never too early to start.

Hope I helped answer your question, and welcome to the forum.
