As long as Kakashi has the stamina he has shown in the war, I don't think he'll have any problem killing Danzo.

I see that as plot no jutsu, he's simply being given stamina and chakra to keep him relevant, whereas before he used Kamui twice and was in hospital.
Danzo wins this for me.

Tough one, I'd have to say Minato too though, the speed of Minato would be the key.

However, Orochimaru is too hard to kill, and he...you know...vomits swords and stuff...

Since there are no restrictions, Jiraiya takes this low difficulty (mid at kisame's best). J-man has too many advantages:
Sage mode, strong summons and intelligence. And besides that, if what I recall is correct, Kisame or Itachi already agreed that they can't beat him or something similar. ( If anyone doesn't believe this I'll look for a scan)

Yeah, Kisame says 'That guy might be a match for the first of the leaf village and one of the mists seven strongest' referring to Itachi and himself .
