Title: Himitsu Trilogy: The Next Generation
Post by: Leebz on July 20, 2015, 18:27:21
Description of the story: This story is set 10 years after my last story Himitsu Legacy (http://www.shinobilifeonline.com/index.php/topic,1053.0.html) but focuses more around the characters made by the Himitsu Clan (http://www.shinobilifeonline.com/index.php/topic,1008.0.html). I hope this is laid out a lot better and you enjoy. I have tried to involve  as many people as I can but didn't want to lose sight of the plot so if I haven't included your character it does not mean I have anything against you or that I don't like you. It just means I couldn't find a role for your character to play THIS time.

Description of my writing style: I like to think I write in my own style..

Chapter 1
[Hidden Forest Village, Home of Onimaro]
6:30AM, Day 1
Onimaro

Onimaro woke up at his usual time. It was the anniversary of him and his wife, Mika. He crawled out of bed, very carefully not to wake his sleeping wife, and headed to the kitchen. As he headed to the kitchen he checked on his two little boys, sleeping away in their own beds. Today also marked the day that his sons will enroll into the ninja academy.

He checked the cupboards to make his family a special meal to celebrate such an eventful day. The kitchen was not too big but big enough to house the family. It was a pretty open style house with the only doors being sliding ones that separated the bedrooms. It had clean wooden floors and everything the family needed to be happy.

As Onimaro started to cook, his sons walked in and as they were about to speak Onimaro turned quickly to hush them, holding his finger to his own lips. The boys looked at each other, baffled and he waved his hand to signal them to sit down for breakfast. The boys did so with smiles on their faces as they knew that they were starting the ninja academy.

The first son, Kurai, was 10 years old with mid-length blue hair, with bangs and spiked from the back. He was proud of his blue hair because it had not ran in the Himitsu family for centuries, dating back to the founder of their clan. This attracted a lot of good attention to him, attention he enjoyed.

The second son, Kazuki was very intelligent for his young age and showed great potential. So much so that he was allowed to start the ninja academy spite being two years younger than his brother, Kurai. He had white spiked hair like his father and his mothers eyes. Spite being younger, he shared the same height as Kurai.

As Onimaro finished making breakfast his wife came in with a healthy glow.
"Good morning!" Mika greeted her family in a soft yet happy tone.
"Morning mother." the boys said excitedly as she sat down at her place at the table.
"Happy Anniversary, dear." Onimaro stated as he kissed his wife on the cheek quickly, making her blush.
Mika took in a long breath through her nose and asked "What smells so good?"
Onimaro smiled "I cooked miso soup, natto, steamed rice and grilled fish. It's just about ready."

Onimaro served the meal to his family with a smile and took a seat.
Mika looked at her children and asked them "What do you say to your father?"
They smiled big with stomachs rumbling yelling "Thanks for the food!" as they tucked into their breakfast.
Onimaro laughed as he also began to eat.

Once everyone was done with their breakfast, Onimaro began to clear the table.
"Dad, can we go get ready for the academy now?" Kurai asked excitedly.
"Of course, we wouldn't want you boys to be late now, would we?" Onimaro replied with a sense of humour in his voice.
The boys quickly left for their rooms to get ready.

Mika smiled as she helped clean up. "Will you be taking them?" she asked.
"Yeah, they seem pretty excited," Onimaro laughed as he washed the dishes.
"Well,as long as I get to spend the rest of the day with you," Mika chimed.

A few hours later, the boys came out in their day wear. Kurais outfit consisted on a black shirt with the Himitsu logo branded on his back and grey shorts with the classic footwear that most ninja wore. Kazuki wore a white shirt with the Himitsu logo branded on his back, similar to the style of his brother. This gave them the nickname of 'The Feng Shui brothers of Himitsu' due to their Yin and Yang appearance.
"All set?" Onimaro asks his sons.
The boys nodded as they said farewell to their mother and hit the road.

<3 love it :)

found a mistake :P :

the boys did so with smiles on their faces as they knew that they was starting the ninja academy.

I think it should be "were" instead of "was" :3

Chapter 2
[Hidden Forest Village, City]
7:15AM, Day 1
Onimaro

Onimaro walked down the dirt road with his sons clutching to both of his hands.
"Are you boys excited to start? You have the Himitsu name to live up to, y'know?" Onimaro asked his sons
Kurai had a skip in his step and replied "We won't let you down dad! Me and Kazuki have been studying hard together every day!"
"Yeah! We are going to show those other kids what it really means to be a ninja!" Kazuki continued off of his brothers words.
The dirt road was pretty clean for being a dirt road. The Hidden Forest hated mess and always kept their village clean. Trees rowed each side of the paths and the sun beamed through the leaves. The village wasn't extremely populated like most villages but you could see life all around you.

"Here we are." Onimaro stated as they arrived at the academy.
"Cya later dad! We will make you proud!" Kazuki shouted as him and his brother rushed inside quickly.
Onimaro laughed as he waved them off "Try not to get on your teachers nerves."
The academy was big and held a class of 20 students. It had a tree wrapped around the building in a spiral which had bright green leaves branching off.

Onimaro saw a member of the Ookami standing at the academy. "Hey, Kiyoshi, what's up?"
Kiyoshi walked towards him. "I was hoping to find you. The Kage has summoned you and your wife"
Onimaro sighed. "Very well. I will tell Mika when I get home"

Onimaro began the walk home, thinking of what the Kage wanted now. Both him and Mika applied for this day off because of their anniversary so he knew it must be important. He arrived at his front door and took a deep breath as he walked inside.
"Welcome home, honey." Mika welcomed her husband with a kiss.
"Got some bad news. We've been summoned by the village Kage." Onimaro mumbled slightly but not enough for Mika not to hear his words.
Mika sighed heavily. "Well, I guess this is what we signed up for. Do we know why we were summoned?" She asked being positive.
Onimaro liked that about her, no matter if things seemed bad, she would always find a way to smile.
Onimaro shook his head in response. "shall we get going?" He asked whilst holding his hand out for hers.
Mika laughed. "Do we have a choice?"

They started their journey to the Kage house, taking turns on guessing what they were needed for.
"I bet it is to congratulate us on our hard work." Onimaro joked with his wife.
"No way, it's definitely to give us free coupons to that new restaurant we had plans to go to." Mika kidded back, nudging her Husband lightly.
Onimaro laughed. "Well I am sure it is not a dangerous mission for us to go on." He replied sarcastically.

They arrived in front of the Kage building where they ran into Kiyoshi. The Kage building was a giant tree at the heart of the village. It's roots were visible with little arches, like a dolphin diving in and out of the water.
"Hey guys, ready to go in?" Kiyoshi asked.
They both nodded and all three of them walked into the building, straight to the Kages office where they took in a deep breath before entering the room.

The Kage greeted them "Welcome, Onimaro, Mika and Kiyoshi."
The three walked in and stood before their Kage, awaiting to hear what it was they were called to him for.

Chapter 3
[Hidden Forest Village, Ninja Academy]
7:30AM, Day 1
Kurai

Kurai walked into the classroom with his brother where all the students were chatting amongst themselves, waiting for their teacher.
He walked in and saw two seats next to each other. "Over here Kazuki."
The boys walked over to the seats whilst looking around the room.
The classroom was decorated with inspirational posters such as dedicating to being a ninja and dedication to learning. A big blackboard was at the front of the classroom with the words "Please sit in silence and wait for your teacher." Kurai noticed this and saw some students sitting quietly whilst others sat on the tables and spoke loudly. Kazuki also noticed this and was already sat down, facing forward and quiet as a mouse. Kurai copied his younger brother as they waited patiently for the teacher.

A student to the left of them whispered to them "You guys are from the Himitsu, right?"
"Yeah, why?" Kazuki asked the boy.
"I notice the clan logo on your back. My father says it is a must to learn the names of all the clans within our village." The boy stated.
"My name is Yuki, I migrated from the Hidden Snow when I was a little boy." The boy followed up on his previous statement.
Yuki was blonde with spiked hair. He dressed in a big jacket with a fur hood even though it was pretty warm out. He had clan marks on his cheeks, 2 stripes on one and three on the other. He was a born leader and seemed to be popular amongst the class.

A few minutes later the teacher arrived in a puff of smoke, causing the students to rush to their seats and be silent.
"I have been here for a while, observing each and every one of you to see what you'd do with this." He pointed towards the message on the blackboard.
"Can anyone tell me what this is?" The room fell silent as the students stared at the message.
Kurai raised his hand and replied "It's an order."
The teacher grinned. "That it is.." The teacher paused and waited for Kurai to reply with his name.
"Kurai." He replied quickly.
"Good Job Kurai, I have heard much about you and your brother already. I am Mr. Kurama."
The students watched as he wrote his name on the board.

The lesson went on for an hour until the bell rang. They weren't taught much after the introduction. Just basic chakra, how to use it and what it was.
"Not bad for a first day, right bro?"Kurai said with a big grin, putting his hands on the back of his head.
Kazuki laughed. "You got that right. You completely nailed that question about the order!"
They both started laughing as they walked home.

As they got home they noticed a note on the table that read "Summoned by the Kage. Will be back soon. Go to your uncles house till we get back as he is currently in the village for a few weeks. - Love Mom and Dad."
"Aww man! Not Uncle Remi!" Kazuki said disappointedly
Kurai laughed. "He isn't that bad. Come on."

The boys walked down the path in the Himitsu estate which led them to their uncles place, Reminance.
"Do you think he knows we're coming?" Kazuki asked.
"Probably, mom and dad are pretty organized like that." Kurai answered.

The Himitsu estate in the Hidden Forest was not too big as it was rare for members to be in the Hidden Forest. It had a wall surrounding it with a few wooden houses for any Himitsu members wanting residency. It also had many plants and flowers in little patches. The Himitsu had estates all over the lands as a lot of them didn't want to settle in the Hidden Thunder and with references from the Kage of the Hidden Thunder the other villages couldn't turn them away due to the law stating that all members of different villages had migration rights.

The brothers arrived at the door of their uncles and knocked, awaiting an answer.
Foot steps were heard walking towards the door as it slid open.
"Kurai! Kazuki! I have been expecting you! Come in!" Reminance welcomed the two boys with open arms into his home.

Chapter 4
[Hidden Forest Village, Kage's Office]
7:30AM, Day 1
Mika

Mika stood at attention with her comrades, awaiting the orders of the Kage.
The Kage begun to speak. "I have called you three here for an assignment. It's an S Rank mission that would fit you three perfectly."
He handed a scroll containing their assignment and they all read it over.
Mika was unfazed by the request. It was an order to go after a rogue ninja. One that had stolen a forbidden jutsu from the village library. The Hidden Forest was known for it's vast collection of forbidden jutsu within its large library so when she read that a ninja decided to go rogue and steal one she was not surprised.
"We will retrieve this jutsu and bring the rogue back. If we cannot bring him back we will make sure he pays with his life." Onimaro stated.
The other two nodded in agreement to what Onimaro said.
"Very well, go now." The Kage said as the team scattered.

"Where should we look first?" Mika asked the others.
"It says he was last spotted leaving the east gate so my guess is he is heading for the docks to escape to the Hidden Snow." Kiyoshi said quickly as they jumped from tree to tree heading in the right direction.
"Let's pick up the pace." Onimaro ordered in a serious tone.

After some time travelling they caught up with the now rogue ninja with a scroll attached to his side.
Kiyoshi yelled as he did a mid air round house kick to the ninja, knocking him into a tree but to his disappointment it was a substitution.
"So they sent you three after me, hmm?" The ninja asked from his tree branch.
"Just come back quietly, Yagami." Mika shouted at the rogue.
Yagami cackled hysterically as he weaved hand signs.
Onimaro and Kiyoshi moved lightning fast, drawing their swords infused with chakra and sliced at Yagami's hands.
"Fuuuuuuck!" Yagami yelled out as his hands dropped to the floor.
"Mika." Onimaro said calmly whilst wiping the blood from his blade.
"I'm on it." Mika responded whilst using her medical ninjutsu to stop the blood as she bandaged him up.

After a few moments, Yagami passed out and the team took him back to the Hidden Forest along with the jutsu.
After their travel back they dropped him off at the prison and went to tell the Kage what happened.
"Good work. I knew I could leave it to you three. You are all relieved." The Kage said with a congratulating tone.

The couple said farewell to Kiyoshi and headed to pick up their sons from Remi's home.
They knocked on his door and heard little footsteps run to answer. "Mom!" the boys yelled and hugged their mother tightly, happy to see their parents home safe.
"What about me?" Onimaro joked with the boys as they laughed and went to hug him too.

"Were they any trouble?" Mika asked Remi.
Remi laughed in response. "Not at all! They were great company, I was happy to have them here. It was good to see the little rascals. They've grown so much since I last saw them."
Mika smiled "They sure have. We must be going now but thanks again."
He nodded and showed the family to the door. "Take care now."
"See you soon bro." Onimaro said giving him a fist bump.
Remi smiled. "Don't be a stranger now."
The two hugged quickly before leaving for home.

Chapter 5
[Hidden Forest Village, Home of Onimaro]
4:00PM, Day 1
Kazuki

Mika was reading until she heard a knock at the door and went to answer it.
"Hey Kurai and Kazuki's mom! Can Kurai and Kazuki come and play?" Yuki asked as more children waited a few steps behind.
Mika smiled sweetly at the children. "Of course, I can't see why not."
Mika called for her sons and they rushed to see their friends at the door.
"Be home in 2 hours and no leaving the village." She said sternly to the group.
"Okay mom!" Kazuki said as they all ran off to play.

Kazuki and the others walked down the dirt path talking about the lesson they had today.
"I know!" Yuki shouted. "We should go to the southern gate den!"
The group seemed to know what he meant except for Kazuki and Kurai.
"The southern gate den?" Kurai questioned his friends.
"Yeah! It was made by a few of us a while back! We play ninja in there!" Yuki shouted, still as loud as ever.
Yuki loved to be loud but he was as friendly as they come. He had a sister within the group called Tilly who looked up to her older brother. He was looked up to as the leader of their friendly group ever since Kurai and Kazuki met them all in class.
"We will show you, I mean it is still technically in the village. It's just beyond the wall!" The boy continued as they all started to run towards the southern gate.

As they arrived a big tree with a stick built den under it stood before them. It was quite big considering it was built by children and with little supplies.
"This is impressive!" Kazuki said admiring the work of his friends.
"Thanks! Come see my lookout point, Kazuki!" Yuki said with laughter in his voice.
He took him to the other side of the tree where there was a little bunker and some toy weapons inside.
"We can watch out for enemy ninja in here!" Yuki pulled out some binoculars and pretended to scout for enemy ninja.
Kazuki laughed and picked up a pair and copied his new found friend.

"What was that?" Kurai asked the group and everyone fell silent.
Kazuki and Yuki went to see what everyone was on about back in the main room.
A tall shadowy figure stood near by, tall and menacing. It was definitely a full fledged ninja.
"Yuki.. Do you recognise that guy?" One of the other boys whispered.

The figure heard them and jumped towards them with a kunai in hand.
"Get back!" The man screamed at them and everyone scattered around screaming.
"Yuki!" shouted Tilly, his younger sister.
Everyone gasped as they see the man holding Yuki against the tree and held a kunai deep into his chest.

The man realised they were just kids. "Shit! No! This isn't how the infiltration was meant to go!"
The man pulled the kunai away and Yuki dropped to the floor.
"Wake up Yuki!" Tilly cried as she kneeled down next to her brother.

Kazuki gritted his teeth as he turned to see where the man went but couldn't see him.
He turned to his brother. "Kurai! What do we do!"
Kurai looked with fear at the situation.
"We need to get our parents!" Kazuki yelled as he started to run back home to get help, crying all the way.
He arrived at his door and screamed "Mom! Dad! It's my friend! He is hurt!"
"Where?!" Onimaro said quickly rushing to his sons aid.
Kazuki led his mom and dad to the scene where Tilly was still crying, begging her brother to wake up.
"Oh god.. Mika! Hurry!" Onimaro yelled to his wife as she picked up the pace and started using medical ninjutsu on the boy.

Chapter 6
[Hidden Forest Village, Home of Reminance]
12:15PM, Day 2
Reminance

Reminance was having ramen for lunch when a knock came from the front door.
"I'm coming." He said as he went to answer the door.
To his surprise it was the Kage of the village.
"Lord Kage, sir. I was not expecting you." Remi bowed upon his arrival.
"No need to bow boy." The Kage continued, smelling the air.
"Have I came at a bad time?" He asked.
"No, sir. I was just having lunch." Remi replied.
The two took a seat at the table as Remi served his guest a bowl of ramen too.
"I have come to talk to you about the alliance between Thunder and Forest. You being highly respected in your home village, I figured I could trust you with this." The Kage handed him a scroll that was taken from the Library the day Onimaro and Mika were called upon to retrieve.
"You want me to take this to the Hidden Thunder? But why?" Remi questioned the Kage in disbelief.
There was a reason a ninja wanted to take this specific scroll. It was a forbidden jutsu known to wipe entire villages with no trace of physical damage. It was known as the 'Reaper Soul Stealer' as it took life out of the village it was cast upon, leaving no one left in the village. It is said to take both soul and body to a different dimension and can be used on any life form which is why it was still around. The villages were known to go under random attacks by strange, giant beasts.
"It is no longer safe here, therefore it is down to the Hidden Thunder to keep it from the wrong hands now. Alert your village Kage of the situation and why it is being transported and he will know where to keep it." The Kage explained, finishing the ramen Remi served him.
"Of course, sir." Remi bowed once more, showing the Kage to the door.
"I will pack now and leave right away." Remi said in a serious tone, knowing the seriousness of this task.

As Remi packed for the journey, he noticed that Kazuki left his ninja tools at his place after the sparring they did during his last visit. He decided he would drop it off along the way, out of the village.
Packed and ready to go, Remi hit the road as fast as he could, dropping the bag containing Kazuki's tools at the front door of his brothers house as they were not home.

"Remi!" Someone called out his name. He decided to stop and see who it was.
"Oh, hey Kurobuchi." Remi replied to his nephews teacher.
"How are my nephews doing in the academy?" He continued.
Kurobuchi laughed "They're quite the pair. I heard you was leaving the village and wanted to give you a copy of their current reports. Seeing as it may be some time till you return, right?" he asked, handing Remi 2 envelopes.
Remi took them gladly. "Yeah, it could be a while until my next visit. I have been meaning to get back as I was leaving in a few days anyway. I really must go though. We should catch up on my next visit." Remi stated as he began to run off again.

Kurobuchi and Reminance had been close during their teens. They were once enemies during the early stages of the alliance between Forest and Thunder. In fact, they were apart of the mission that brought the two villages closer together. Kurobuchi was leader of the Forest team as Remi was leader of the Thunder. They carried their A rank mission out without any problems which showed how well the villages worked together. Sadly, Kurobuchi decided to become a teacher after reaching a respected level as a ninja whereas Reminance seeked higher potential, always wanting to improve due to his history.

After an extremely long journey, with little threat or danger along the way, Reminance made it back to the Hidden Thunder.
The Hidden Thunder was pretty bright on a clear day, full of life, with the only cloud being a dark one that hovered over the village. During rainy weather the cloud would roar with no lightning. So when it did have bad weather, it had the worse kind.

The Kages house in the Hidden Thunder was set in the centre of the village. Elders say the village was actually built around the Kage house and that the spire was what kept the cloud around which kept the village safe. It is also thought that the village relied on the strange energy source that came from the cloud but that is just a myth.

"Sir, I have returned from my stay at the Hidden Forest." Reminance informed as he stepped into the Kage's office.
"You're  days early from your trip." The Kage noticed as he stood to greet his loyal ninja.
"Yes sir, with urgent news from the Hidden Forest." Reminance explained everything that happened and why he was sent early.
He handed the Kage the scroll and the Kage nodded slowly.
"I understand." he replied as he clapped his hands, summoning one of the Kage ANBU.
"Take this to the hidden storage room." He whispered very vaguely.
Reminance thought the Kage trusted him with everything, no, he was sure the Kage trusted him with everything. This storage centre must be very classified to be hidden away from him.

"You are relieved, Reminance. Thank you" The Kage waved Reminance off, going back to his paperwork as Reminance left the office and headed back to the Himitsu's estate in the Thunder village which was a lot bigger than the one in Forest due to the vast members it held that remained within the village they found refuge in.

Chapter 7
[Hidden Hill Village, Docks]
12:30PM, Day 2
Yundama

Yundama sighed. "This blows.. All this travelling to the Hidden Snow and for what? A check up?.. Why couldn't someone else do this boring work."
His boar, Minshi snorted in response as he carried Yundama through the fields.
Yundama was pretty relaxed with long brown hair tied into a ponytail. The markings on his cheeks, which represented the boar, was also brown. He wore an orange shirt with a white bodyguard and a brown scarf to carry his Scroll of the Boar.

Yundama noticed how selfish he was being by complaining. "I guess it is you who is doing the heavy lifting and travelling, right bud?" they moved slowly towards the docks, taking their time.
Minshi was a 300lbs boar that Yundama raised himself after the training he had with his master. It was black with red eyes that glowed when he was mad. Yundama could summon other boars, as many as he liked, but he had a bond that could not be broken with Minshi, they were truly best friends.

As they arrived at the docks they boarded a ship that carried people to the Hidden Snow. It was the only means to travel to the Hidden Snow as it was across the seas.
"I hate travelling overseas.." Yundama continued to complain.
The ship was pretty big and well decorated with a gold trim and white sails. It had cannons as a means of defense from rogue ninja that tried to raid the ship which wasn't unheard of. Though, it was nothing on a large scale.

As he boarded the boat he jumped off of Minshi to give him a rest. They were the only passengers on the boat today which was probably for the best seeing as Minshi was pretty big.
As they set sail, Yundama checked his satchel that he kept on Minshi for some food.
"Hungry pal?" He asked his friend, chucking an apple into his mouth.

They arrived at the Hidden Snow where he was welcomed by Hari Tsukegami, the Ryu of Jyuunishin.
"Hey there Yundama, I have been expecting you." Hari said with a cool tone in his voice as if not to care so much.
Jyuunishin is the organisation that Yundama was proud to be apart of. Its members consisted of the 12 Zodiac animals. Hari being the Dragon and Yundama being the Boar. The two had been partnered for a trial as it was recommended they travel in pairs.

"So you're the reason I had to come to Snow? And here I was thinking it was a check up." Yundama said, riding on Minshi as he got off the boat.
"I am afraid it is much more than that.. We have a mission here.. A rogue group were spotted heading towards the Snow Village by some locals. They say they were travelling to collect supplies when the ninja appeared out of no where to attack them for no reason."

This reminded Yundama of his mother.. Becoming a senseless, cold killer rogue that he could not stop and watched die before his eyes.
"Let's go.." Yundama said firmly, lifting Hari onto Minshi with him and riding as fast as they could to where the attack happened.

Chapter 8
[Hidden Forest Village, Onimaro's Home]
9:00AM, Day 4
Kazuki

Kazuki spent a whole day in his room after the incident with his friends.
Yuki did not make it that day as the wound was too severe and it left Kazuki heartbroken to lose such a friend so soon.
"Kazuki, son, you have to eat something.." Onimaro spoke with a soft tone, knowing the pain of losing a friend.
Onimaro could hear Kazuki sobbing beyond the door and could tell he was in no mood to eat.
Onimaro left a plate of rice balls outside his door.
"It's your favourite. I have left it out here for you." Onimaro told his son before leaving him to his tears.

As he walked into the living room he saw his wife, sat on the couch.
"Any luck?" Mika asked with some hope that her son was okay.
Onimaro shook his head. "He'd have to experience this sooner or later.. But not now.."
"He'll come around.. He has too much to lose by missing school." Mika replied whilst reading her book.

A few hours past and Kazuki came out of his room, picked up the rice cakes and went to sit with his parents.
They both smiled and hugged their son tightly.
"It's going to be okay, Kazuki." Onimaro comforted his son.
"You have family that support and love you. Don't let this change who you are. You have so much potential" Mika continued on what her husband said.
"Can me and Kurai go out to see if our friends are okay?" Kazuki said as Kurai stood in the doorway.
"Of course. Go ahead." Mika smiled at the two as they left the house.

The boys went and visited all their friends and started making their way home after seeing them all barely holding up, which did not help how Kazuki felt.
"How are you holding up?" Kurai asked his brother.
"I am angry I couldn't do anything.. That I wasn't strong enough to save him.." Kazuki responded.
"There's not a lot you or I could have done. He was a grown up and-" Kurai tried to explain.
"SO WHAT!" Kazuki snapped at his older brother.
The two stopped in their tracks as the wind blew through them and leaves fell from the trees as silence filled the open air.
"I'm sorry.." Kazuki spoke with sorrow.
"It's okay. It's been rough on all of us." Kurai reassured his brother.

"Hey guys." a boy from class walked towards them with his hands in his pockets.
"Oh.. Hey Daichi." Kurai replied to the boy.
Daichi was a strange child with no real ambition to be a ninja. He had pale skin and a black outfit which had red trims to it. His clan were a mystery to the class as he didn't wear any sort of clan logo. In an all he was a pretty strange type of person.

"Whatcha' doing?" Daichi asked the two.
"We're just heading home." Kurai responded quickly.
"So soon?" Daichi said disappointedly.
"Yeah, it's been rough today and we just want to get back-" Kurai was cut off again; this time by Daichi.
"I know where we can find the killer." Daichi spoke quickly.
"Where?!" Kazuki asked with no hesitation.
"I can show you." Daichi stated as he walked back to where the man struck them.

"Kazuki.. I don't think we should be doing this." Kurai told his brother.
"Then you can go home." Kazuki replied as if he was giving Kurai an order.
Kurai continued to go along with the two, down the dirt path towards the last place they saw their friend Yuki smiling.

As they arrived, Daichi pointed in a direction where they saw a hooded man who looked as if he was waiting for them.
"You bastard!" Kazuki yelled as he ran towards the man, weaving hand signs that their uncle taught them.
Kurai saw this and gritted his teeth, weaving his own hand signs and just like that, the two both casted their own jutsu that combined in power.
The boys named their jutsu and began to cast.
"Yin-Yang Brotherhood Combination!" The boys yelled after activating their jutsu.

The man had no time to avoid this attack, in fact, it was as if he didn't try at all.
Consumed by guilt, the man accepted his punishment for Yuki's death.
The boys stood there as a pile of ash, which was all that was left of the man, piled high before them.
"Well done boys! Well done!" Daichi spoke with cheer in his voice.

Little did the brothers know that Daichi whispered sweet lies into the man's ear using a secret technique which drove the man crazy with the guilt he burdened and told the man to await punishment at the place he committed his crimes.

Chapter 9
[Hidden Forest Village, The Southern Gate Den]
9:15AM, Day 4
Kurai

The boys dropped to their knees, breathless.
"That was some big, powerful jutsu you did there boys!" Daichi exclaimed.
"Where did you learn such a jutsu? It wasn't from class, I know that much." He continued with a grin.
The boys looked at him, curious to his interest and Daichi could see it in their eyes.
"Well.. I guess I should be going home now. Bye bye." Daichi said in a tone as if he had a skip in his step.

As the boys arrived home, exhausted after using near to all their chakra reserves, they were welcomed by their mother and father.
"Hey boys! How are your friends doing?" Onimaro asked but Kazuki just went to his room.
"Is your brother okay?" Mika asked Kurai with concern.
Kurai nodded and went to his own room.

Hours passed and the boys finally submerged from their room and sat down for dinner with their parents, ate quietly, and decided to tell their parents what happened today.
"What?!" Onimaro shouted at the table.
"And you say uncle Remi taught you this technique?" Mika said puzzled but Onimaro knew of the technique, it was the very technique they practiced whilst growing up but they were Chunin at the time. The boys mastered it before even graduating which gave concern and happiness to their father.

Onimaro decided to take this to the Kage to which the Kage was surprised.
"And they have it mastered, you've witnessed this?" The Kage asked in disbelief.
"Well, no, but I do not take my boys as liars, sir." Onimaro begun to vouch for his son's, sure they were telling the truth as they had no reason to lie.
"Very well, they will take the Genin Exam early. If they pass they will begin to go on missions in a squad under a Jonin ranked ninja who I will personally assign them to." The Kage explained to Onimaro is a very serious tone for such a matter. This was rarely done only for ninjas that showed potential were granted early access to the exams and permitted to graduate early. This would be a first for the Himitsu family though.

The next day Kurai got up and looked out his window. His father told him that he would be taking the Genin exam early along with his brother. This excited and scared Kurai as he was unsure if he was ready for such a quick test.
Kazuki came into Kurais room. "Hey bro." Kurai said to his little brother as he walked in.
"You excited for the test?" Kazuki asked in response to his brother.
The two seemed to be doing better after their friend passing. This was due to their revenge on the killer. They were satisfied their friend could rest in peace now.

The two got dressed and was waiting for their parents to get ready to take them.
"What's taking them so long?" Kurai complained.
"I have no idea but we're going to be late at this rate." Kazuki followed up on what his brother was saying.
"Sorry, sorry!" Their parents came rushing out and hurried their sons to the door.
"We kind of overslept, our bad. Now quick, or you will be late!" Mika said to her boys.
Kurai thought this was ridiculous. They knew they were going to be late but it was their fault yet she was making out it wasn't.
As Kurai was about to argue, his brother nudged him and shook his head quickly to remind him what happened last time they tried to argue a case similar to this with their mother. It was like the beast raid on the village a few years back.. Well, it seemed that way to them.

As they arrived at the school. Their parents kissed their foreheads for good luck as they watched them enter the hall.
"Good luck boys! Make the Himitsu proud!" Onimaro beckoned to his sons.
They waved back, confident that they'd pass the exam after all their early studying before even reaching the age to enter the academy.

7:05AM, Day 5
Kurai

The exam hall wasn't as big as you'd think. Hidden Forest had a small population so there was no need for a big room. Though, there was enough room to fit 100 students. 2 of which being Kurai and Kazuki. As they looked around, they saw ninja from all of the other villages. This didn't scare them though, what scared them was the writing on the booklets in front of them. These questions were seriously hard for the exam and the instructor began to speak.

"Some of you may have noticed the ninja to my left.." The man held his left arm out.
"..And the ninja to my right." He did the same with the right arm.
"These are Jonin level Sensory type ninja. They will know if you cheat." The man explained.
The man was a well known ninja of the Hidden Forest. He had been Kages personal ANBU until he retired to be a teacher within the village. He had many battle scars and a strict attire. He had the ANBU tattoo on his left arm and a long sleeve covering his other arm. Though, this was his personal outfit he customised from his ANBU outfit.

"Caught cheating and you're out of the class, caught shouting, hitting or manipulating the Sensory type ninja in any way will be forbidden. You may begin." The man finished talking and sat at his desk, watching each and every one of them.
Kazuki gulped as he turned the page to the test. He looked at Kurai and Kurai grinned, nodding at his brother with a confident look in his eye.

After 15 minutes of being in the test, 6 students had already been removed without warning which put everyone on edge. There was no clear sign they broke the rules but the Sensory type ninja seemed to be sure and they were trusted by the head examiner.
Kurai finished his exam and the examiner told the room how there was 30 minutes left in the exam.
Kurai saw his brother struggling, with the paper. He was clearly nervous as Kazuki had the brain of a Jonin rank ninja and Kurai did not want to see his brother fail.

Kurai thought fast and remembered the switch out scroll their uncle gave them.
Kurai got Kazuki's attention and pointed at the scroll on his side.
He then signalled Kazuki to do as he did.
Kurai laid the small scroll out on the table and put the booklet on top.
With a quick, small poof the booklets had been switched without anyone noticing.

Kurai quickly finished the booklet his brother started with no time to spare.
"Okay! No more writing! The exam is over!" The man yelled, slamming his hand on the desk.
Everyone quickly dropped their pencils.
"Anyone who didn't finish their papers all the way should leave now." The man said more calmly.
The students looked at each other in disbelief and started talking amongst each other.
The man got irritated. "NOW!" He shouted and as he did nearly half the room left the hall.

Those who were left sat and stared forward, awaiting further instructions.
"The rest of you may hand in your booklets and leave the hall. You'll get a letter from us in the mail tomorrow if you failed or passed." He instructed the class and they did as they were told.
As they lined up, Kurai held the booklet to his back, signalling Kazuki to switch back due to the names on the front and he did it quickly, still unseen by the ninja as they stopped being alert now the exam was over.

As the boys left, they saw their parents waiting for them. "How did you do?!" Mika chimed at her boys.
They both grinned and sniggered, explaining how they fooled the Sensory types with ease.
"Thanks again bro. I owe you one!" Kazuki said to his brother happily.
Kurai laughed. "You knew the answers, you just choked up so I wrote them for you." He explained.
The family headed home for lunch, happier than when they left in the morning.

Actually, not true. What we see of Narutos Genin trials are the ending. (Which Naruto fails.) They probably took many theory tests prior to showing they can make a clone. They was taught much more than that as seen by the other jutsu they used when set into squads.

Lol I'm all saying is that naruto's class didn't through hard test cause then the theory must not have too bad if naruto could get to the ending stage or maybe he just failed all lol

Chapter 11
[Hidden Thunder Village, The Market]
1:00PM, Day 4
Arashi

Arashi was wondering around the market of his home village, Hidden Thunder.
Arashi was a proud Himitsu, he wore his Himitsu cloak with pride and had a mysterious scroll on his back which was said to contain the Himitsu's secret to which he was the protector of. His white, spiky hair stood up by his forehead protector.

As Arashi was walking down the road, rowed with shopping stands selling things from food to merchandise.
"Arashi? Is that you?" A familiar voice echoed from behind.
As Arashi turned he saw Reminance walking up to him.
"Oh, hey Remi. Long time no see. I thought you was in the Hidden Forest?" Arashi asked his fellow Himitsu brethren.
Remi began to walk with him down through the market. "I had to come back on business. Anyway, is it safe to carry that scroll on your back?" Remi questioned with unease that Arashi was so careless with the Himitsu secret scroll.
Arashi laughed in response. "Remi, how can I protect the scroll if it is not with me?"
Arashi made a good point.

As the two walked down the market, they passed Mars' Ramen.
"Wanna grab a bite before going our separate ways? It'll be nice to catch up." Remi asked.
"Sure." Arashi answered as they turned to head inside.
"Welcome!" The chef said with cheer.

The two placed an order of ramen and sat at their table.
Mars' Ramen was the best ramen shop in town, maybe even the country. It was pretty big for a ramen shop with oak tables decorated with a gold trim to the sides and a BBQ grill in the middle for customers to cook their own meat to their own tastes. It had an open view kitchen where customers could also watch their noodles being cooked from scratch, the way Mars' Ramen did all their dishes they served.

A few moments after they were served their meal, two men came into the shop, wearing a recognisable clan emblem.
"Kirishima.." Remi said through gritted teeth in a hush tone.
Arashi turned to look as he saw two of the most well known members of Kirishima.
"That's Kairo the Pyro, master of the fire style." Arashi whispered to Remi.
Kairo Kirshima was in the same age group as Arashi yet had knowledge of jutsu of someone twice their age. He had white hair and two personalities. Depending on which one was out would depend if the Himitsu could take the two on or not.
Remi nodded in agreement. "And that's Konohuro Kirishima, known for his multiple personalities. They say they are almost like masks of identities. It'd make sense they travel together with such similarities such as their multiple personalities." Remi responded.

They both decided to not say anything and eat their ramen.
"Reminance Himitsu, Arashi Himitsu." Kairo said whilst standing behind them with a grin.
Remi had a look of seriousness across his face. "Kairo the Pyro of the clan Kirishima.." Reminance began to speak.
"What brings you here?" he continued, readying for his reply.
As he asked Konohuro came over and with one swipe, knocked their food on the floor quickly, smashing the bowls and creating silence in the restaurant.

Arashi stood quickly and Remi put his hand on his shoulder, knowing he was going to retaliate.
"Now that was uncalled for.." Remi said calmly.
"You guys versus us! Let's see who is the more noble clan, yes?!" Kairo said, getting all fired up.
Remi's facial expression turned to one of anger. "Fine. Let's take this outside, shall we?" Reminance said, leading the way.

The four stood outside the shop, Himitsu on the left and Kirshima on the right, waiting for someone to make the first move that will begin the 'friendly' fight between the two.
"You ready, Arashi?" Remi asked with a serious tone.
Arashi took his scroll off his back and placed it aside. "Let's do this." Arashi replied with a smirk.

Chapter 12
[Hidden Thunder Village, Outside Mars' Ramen]
1:15PM, Day 4
Arashi

The four stood on the dusty path, face to face, awaiting for the first move to be made.
"well-" Remi began but was cut off with fire heading his way.
"So fast.. I didn't even see him weave hand signs" Remi thought to himself as both Himitsu dodge the Kirshima attack being cast by Kiro.
Arashi began to weave hand signs of his own in mid-jump. "Water Style! Water Dragon jutsu!" he yelled as a dragon of water formed in the air and roared as it dive in for the attack on Kirshima but they narrowly dodged the attack as water splashed into the ground where they once stood.

"That the best you got Himitsu?! Pitiful!" Kiro yelled back as Konohuro weaved signs that Remi noticed as The Wind Net jutsu, which created a net made of high speed winds that cut anything in it's path, and worked on a counter jutsu. "Water Style! Rock Wave jutsu!" which was a jutsu that caused a wave of water so powerful, it dragged rocks up from the ground into the wave and was used as a defense jutsu.

"Enough!" A voice yelled as a giant bolt of lightning crashed down in between the two clans.
The four looked to see who was interrupting the fight and it was none other than the Kage of the Hidden Thunder himself.
"Stop this nonsense immediately." He said a little more calm as he walked in the middle of them.
"Kirishima, I hope you can explain your actions for fighting within our village.." He asked as he turned to look at them.
Kiro suddenly became apologetic and serious, like a whole different person to whom he was in the fight.
Kiro got to his knees and bowed in front of the Kage. "Please, forgive our actions, we were not ourselves." he said in a soft voice.
The Kage looked at the two "I know of you two, you're the two Kirishima with multiple personalities. Kiro the Pyro and Konohuro, The Many Faced Ninja. You are excused if you leave the village immediately."
Kiro got up and nudged Konohuro to follow him. As the two walked past the two Himitsu, Kiro gave a menacing grin to the two as if the old personality was there once again.

"Apologises, Kage." Reminance said as Arashi picked his scroll up and put it back on his back.
"All is forgiven but you two need to clean up this mess and apologise to the locals for the disturbance." The Kage said as he walked away.
Arashi and Reminance looked at each other and turned to see the backs of the Kirishima heading out of the village.
"We should tell Onimaro what happened here. Kirishima want a fight and Himitsu need to be warned." Arashi explained to his comrade and Reminance agreed.
"I'll head over there to tell him myself." Arashi said, heading in the direction of the Hidden Forest, holding a hand up as he walked away in gesture of farewell.

Reminance apologised to everyone and realised that Arashi left him with the mess but he cleaned up with no complaints but knew he wouldn't let Arashi get away with it and thought Arashi will owe him one.
Arashi began his journey to the Hidden Forest to tell Onimaro of the attack on them and was out of the village already.
"Why did they attack us out of the blue. Was it the scroll? No.. They have no knowledge of what this scroll is. Jealousy? Maybe.. But it could easily go back to the day Himitsus small village was attacked.. Was it them? Were they apart of that attack?" Arashi began to think on his long journey to the Hidden Forest, questioning what reason the Kirishima had to attack them like that. They were not attacking to wound, they were attacking to kill. Arashi knew that this was a serious attempt of murder and he needed to get to the bottom of it for his own peace of mind.

Arashi passed many of the other villages with no trouble. He even saw a few friends along the way, including many Himitsu who had asked to help him on his travels but Arashi felt better travelling alone and was not one for company. He travelled further and further, with no rest whatsoever, wanting to arrive to the village as quick as possible to warn Onimaro of what happened and how the Himitsu need to be warned urgently. This was not smart and he knew that but he had no choice in his mind.

As Arashi got to the halfway point to Hidden Forest, he ran into the two Kirishima once again. This was bad, Remi was not here to support him and he was on his own. "You guys want a rematch? Two on one doesn't seem fair now, does it?" Arashi spoke as he saw the two in front of him and they both grinned. "Fine. Let's get this over with.." Arashi said with attitude, removing his scroll once more, preparing for a fight he had doubts he would win.

I thought he said he had some chapters written already, but uploading 1 a week gives him enough time to create new chapters and what not.
Instead of maybe getting in a time rush due to having a writers-block.
Don't quote me on that tho, that's just what I recall.

Chapter 13
[Hidden Forest Village, Onimaro's Home]
7:15AM, Day 5
Onimaro

Onimaro awoke from his sleep and got out of bed. He did his usual routine of making breakfast and checking the post. Today's post included the Genin results for his sons and he decided to let them open them after breakfast.

The boys woke up, followed by their mother. "Good morning everyone! Please, sit." Onimaro spoke cheerfully.
Everyone began to sit at their places saying 'thanks for the food' and begun eating.
Kazuki asked "Dad, did our results come in yet?"
Onimaro grinned. "Finish your breakfast and I will tell you."
The boys picked up the pace, making their mother laugh at the speed they were going. "You'll get sick if you eat at that speed." She laughed.

Once the boys were done, Onimaro slid the letters towards them across their table. The boys grabbed their letters quickly and scanned over them just as fast.
Kurai scored 92 of 100
Kazuki scored 97 of 100
Both scores were of passing level and they were now Genin of the Hidden Forest.
"You'll be getting your headbands today and you may wear them where you wish. Get creative." Onimaro chirped.
The boys quickly went to get dressed and came out ready to go.
"You may go yourselves. Today you are no longer children. Be proud that you can call yourselves ninja of the Hidden Forest."
The boys hugged their father, then their mother and headed out the door to get their headbands.

As they arrived at the school and received their headbands, they ran into some commotion.
A group was gathering outside the Kage house and the boys decided to investigate.
As they pushed through the crowd they saw a badly beaten shinobi. This shinobi was none other than Arashi Himitsu.
The boys gasped at the sight of Arashi. They knew of Arashi but was never really close with him, he was known as the Protector of the Himitsu Secret but other than that they knew little about him. They knew this was big and Kazuki went to get their dad as Kurai stayed to help Arashi up, telling people to leave the site immediately.

Onimaro arrived along with Mika and Kazuki. "Arashi!" Onimaro shouted.
Mika begun to do medical ninjutsu until help arrived.
"What happened, who did this?" Onimaro said through gritted teeth.
Arashi opened his eyes and muttered words. "It.. Was.. Kirishima.. War.. War between.. Clans.."
Onimaro punched the ground at what he heard. "Save your breath, friend. Help is on the way."

Onimaro stood up and told Mika and the kids to stay there whilst he went to consult the Himitsu of what happened.
Onimaro did this by sending messages to all villages, asking for any support they can give, knowing that a lot of them are out on missions but to send anyone on stand-by.
Onimaro did not take this lightly. Family trumped everything in the Himitsu. You lived to protect your family at all costs and everyone in Himitsu knew this.

Onimaro had visions in his head of the beaten Arashi. The burn marks on his skin, the swollen face from multiple punches and kicks. He knew it had to be a handicap battle and that made Onimaro sick to his stomach. He also knew that it must of been Kirishima who brought him here, knowing Onimaro was in the village and he'd take it as a message, loud and clear, and he did.

Arashi was in hospital, unconscious but alive. Onimaro visited him, waiting for any response from his clan. It was too early to receive responses but Onimaro hoped anyway.
"How is he?" Mika came in, asking questionably.
Onimaro said nothing but shook his head in response. Mika could tell he was mad and he had every right to be so. She knew he hated seeing his family hurt in any way and it hurt her to see him hurting like this.

Great chapter :D

Chapter 14
[Hidden Snow Village, Outskirts]
3:30PM, Day 2
Yundama

The fields on the outskirts of Hidden Snow were very, very vast. The landscape had mid-length grass that was covered in light snow and reached the top of Yundama's ankles and there was a couple of flower patches that grew in cold climate. It was dead quiet, with the only sound being the wind blowing lightly through the air.
"Found anything?" Hari asked questionably to Yundama as they scouted the area for the enemy.
"Nothing yet." Yundama replied disappointedly.
The two climbed back on top of Minshi and began to ride off to the next location the rogues were spotted.

"Hey, I was thinking.." Hari begun to speak.
"..If they were heading towards the Snow, do you think they could be launching an attack?" He continued to explain his theory but Yundama shook his head.
"They wouldn't be so reckless to try that. They sounds like a bunch of thieves more than an organised rogue group. Most likely they are based close to the village where they can ambush.. I think I know where to look." Yundama realised that the group would be based close to one of the village gates so they could ambush much easier. There was a cave not too far from the Hidden Snow that would overlook the east gate.

As they arrived, they decided to do a stake out and wait for the men to come out.
When Yundama realised this was not working, with no one leaving or entering the Snow, he decided to summon one of his smaller boars to scope out the area.
"Summoning Jutsu!" Yundama yelled an a tiny boar appeared.
The boar was small enough to carry with one hand. It was light brown with a dark brown spot on its back. Yundama rarely summoned this boar as it was so young but it was perfect for scouting ahead.
"Please, scope that cave and report back here. Remember, two oink's if you see someone, one oink if it is empty."

The boar began to stroll over to the cave where it was ordered to go and as it reached nearer to the entrance, it could see two men inside.
As it turned to report back a third man picked him up.
"Look boys! Dinner!" He yelled as he went into the cave.
The men laughed as the small boar wriggled around in panic. "It barely has any meat on him!" one of the men shouted.

They bound the small boar to a stick using vines to tie it's hooves.
They begun to try lighting a fire as the boar squealed for help.
"Put.. The boar.. Down." Yundama said slowly, holding a kunai to one of the men's throats.
The man gulped as he dropped the boar and the other two men stood, holding kunai of their own.
"Hari.. If you will.." Yundama said firmly.
Hari grinned as he took a deep breath and without weaving hand signs, begun to breath fire towards the two men, knocking them out whilst leaving them pretty burned.

Yundama pushed the last man towards Hari, which Hari bound him and the other two men whilst Yundama untied the small boar, relieving him of his duty and returning him to his home.
Yundama looked at the third man who was now bound.
"Tell us, who told you to do this." Yundama spoke to the man as Minshi walked towards him.
"Fuck you!" the man spued.
"You know, that boar you was going to eat was a dear friend of the one who is right next to you.." Yundama explained.
"..He doesn't take lightly to people who eat boars.. He believes in an eye for an eye." Yundama continued as Minshi began to open wide to bite the man's head off.
"Okay! Okay! It was the head of Katakiuchi! Please! Call the beast off!" The man began to beg.
"Minshi. Enough." Yundama called Minshi off and just like that, Minshi stopped.
Yundama and Hari begun loading the men on top of Minshi and took them to the Hidden Snow where they picked up their reward and left them for further questioning. The two began their long journey home.

Could you give us a chronology? Does the legacy come before the clan history? or after? and is the next generation second in the trilogy?

Could you give us a chronology? Does the legacy come before the clan history? or after? and is the next generation second in the trilogy?

That depends on if you're talking history or backstory.
The Legacy story was based during the time Himitsus home village, place of birth, was raided and destroyed by bigger nations, forcing the Himitsu to travel over lands finding refuge in small groups that were split up. In Legacy you follow the group that the head of the family was apart of. In it he is unaware that other Himitsu survived and was also looking for refuge (However, none of my work follows them. Though you may see some mention of this in other members character history)

This story follows a few years after where Himitsu found settlement in Hidden Thunder but also migrated all over. This is where everyones characters are living and breathing as they are. So you can call "Next Gen"present day whereas Legacy was set roughly in the era of Himitsu becoming refugees and looking for a new village (Which ends up being Hidden Thunder.)

For those who have read Legacy, it actually was never finished and ended abruptly as I was a very new writer with little skill in plot writing and it hadn't had many fans.

I hope this clears things up for ya :P

I like the way leebz makes you wait it out, there are many people in himitsu so of course you jump around a bit to tell their story instead of just focusing on one. This isnt just a story about the war but about everyone and how they interact with each other in their daily lives. Im sure next chapter will continue with the war bit or it might not.

Chapter 15
[Hidden Forest, Himitsu Meeting Hall]
1:30PM, Day 5
Onimaro

Onimaro stood up to talk to the crowd of Himitsu in front of him with his wife, Mika by his side and his children sat in the front row, being Genin they had the right to be at the meetings. A lot of these Himitsu had travelled from distant lands due to the importance of the meeting that was about to take place. The hall was vast and had mats for the members to sit on and a small stage-like platform for Onimaro to stand on to address the members.

"You all know why you are here.." Onimaro began to speak with strictness in his voice, strictness and anger.
"..We find ourselves looking at disrespect from the Kirishima Clan, such disrespect that Arashi has paid dearly for their actions." Onimaro continued and went on to explain the dire situation that Arashi was left in, remembering the look of his friend laying in the hospital bed in a critical state.

"So, who are we sending to repay the favour?" a voice from the back said, and the member stood at attention.
"Kenshin." Onimaro recognised the member standing up from his mat.
"Master of the sword, Jonin and free of duty for the past couple of days. Are you itching for combat, brother?" Onimaro asked him with such seriousness, the room awaited Kenshin's response.
Kenshin was 5'10" and had a black outfit similar to Yundama's but with a short sleeve shirt and red trimmings. He had short brown hair that spiked in different directions and never left home without his sword.
"Yes, sir. Though, I will not take on this task without my sister, Satomi." Kenshin finally responded to the question. Satomi was his younger sister. She was a medical ninja and had black, long hair with an outfit of the reverse colours to her brother. She also stood up alongside her brother with a serious look on her face.
"Very well, in which case I am sending a friendly face with you as well. Kamiko, please rise." Onimaro ordered and with no hesitation, stood Kamiko Himitsu, ANBU to the village Hidden in Ash and skilled member of the Himitsu Clan. Kamiko wore a face mask and had long black hair she wore in a ponytail with a side braid. Her hair had red, dyed ends and she had the clan emblem tattooed on her left arm.

After a long explanation of their mission to hunt down the members of Kirishima that hurt Arashi badly, the three went to talk battle strategies. Onimaro took his family home after the meeting was over.
"Are you sure those three will be okay?" Mika questioned her husband, worried more pain will come to the Himitsu from this.
"I have complete faith in the members of our clan and trust they will be fine. Afterall, I selected Fire Style users who have vast knowledge in jutsu which can counter the Kirishima's fire and two of them have unlocked their second nature already." Onimaro spoke, easing his wife's worried mind.
Onimaro smiled at his wife, wrapping an arm around her to comfort her as they reached their home.
The boys went to Kurais room to speak of their first clan meeting whilst their parents started to make lunch.

After lunch was done and over with, the family decided to go check on the three and see what strategies they had come up with and met them in the local park. Onimaro normally didn't allow the boys to come to stuff like meetings or battle plans but thought as they are now Genin, they had to learn the ropes so kept them close by at times like this.

"Onimaro, hey." Kenshin spoke with gratitude in his voice over being selected for this clan mission.
"I see you brought the boys along?" He said whilst seeing the two boys grinning, wearing their headbands with pride.
Onimaro nodded and smiled at the two whilst Mika asked the others of their plans thus far.

Kenshin took Onimaro aside and asked him something Onimaro didn't quite expect.
"As grateful as I am for being selected, I must ask. Why didn't you decide to take this on yourself with Mika?"
Onimaro looked at him and then at the boys. "As much as I want to get revenge with my own hands, I have the family to watch. I fear the Kirishima may target them next. I want to make sure nothing happens to them, I won't allow anything to harm them."
Kenshin could tell that Onimaro had anger in his voice and fell quiet. Onimaro noticed this and gave a quick smile.
"Anyway, I know you'll take them down for me. I believe in your abilities, Kenshin. As well as your sisters and Kamikos."

Chapter 16
[Hidden Forest, Kenshin's Forest Home]
7:30AM, Day 6
Kenshin

Kenshin woke up with a yawn in a room he was not familiar with. Due to being selected to go on a clan mission, he had to stay in the village where the meeting took place. It seemed logical the team selected got rest in the village they gathered in.
"Big brother." Satomi greeted her brother as he woke and went to the kitchen to make breakfast.
"No need, I have made it already." She directed him to a seat where breakfast was served on a roundish oak table.

The room wasn't very big as it was a temporary room that was made for Kenshin and his sister. A small, two bedroom apartment style house that was themed to the village which was definitely different from their actual house in their home village of Hidden Thunder.

As the two were about to dig in, there was a knock at the door.
"I'll get it." Satomi said as her brother shoved a big bite of his eggs into his mouth and begun to chew.
"Oh hi, Kamiko is it?" Satomi spoke, questioning if she got her name right.
Kenshin swallowed quickly and tried to act nonchalantly as the two girls came in.
"Kenshin, Kamiko is-" his sister began to speak but was cut off by Kenshin.
"Hey, sup'? Just eating some breakfast right now. It's no biggie." Kenshin began to say in a strange tone as if to act cool.
"I came to speak tactics." Kamiko said taking a seat and Satomi  looked at her brother curious to why he was acting up.

Kenshin and Satomi offered Kamiko breakfast but she passed so the two finished quickly as Kamiko spoke of her tactics of where to look first for the Kirishima members.
"We should hit em' close to home. Travelling to Hidden Inferno and gather information." Kamiko explained but was cut short by a knock at the door.

The three looked at each other, puzzled to who it could be, and decided to take caution when answering it so positioned themselves in defensive positions before answering.
"Hey guys.." Arashi spoke, walking in with a few bandages still around his body.
"..Please take me with you. I need to get my revenge.. I need-" Arashi went to explain but was cut off by Kamiko.
"Say no more, Arashi. I understand completely."
Arashi was stunned by her agreement. He expected to have to plead a lot more but was grateful he didn't have to.

Arashi moved inside quickly as possible as Kenshin closed the door.
"One condition, if we are to take you with us.." Kenshin spoke sternly. "You are not to get in our way and you are not to tell Onimaro."
Arashi nodded in agreement and they all sat at the table with the plans.
"Speaking of which, how did you even get out unnoticed?" Satomi asked as they all looked at Arashi, who sat with an enlarged grin on his face.
"Shadow Clone." Arashi said proudly as the others looked in disbelief.

After a long talk about their plans, redoing a few things to work Arashi into the team, they all sat quietly.
"Hey, if you are going to be fighting alongside us you will need them wounds sped up. Satomi has been learning Medical Ninjutsu from Mika, so she is pretty advanced. She could help you slightly but you won't be at 100%" Kenshin explained and Arashi nodded once more, thankful to be allowed to get his revenge on those who chose to outnumber him.

After packing for the journey, taking their plans with them, they hit the road disguising Arashi so no one will notice him.
Once they got out the village gates, Arashi removed his disguise and the four started their journey to the Hidden Inferno.
The road to Hidden Inferno was a long one and a path that got harder the closer they got. Along their journey they went from a beautiful forest, to the dusty roads, through the Hidden Haze and finally, the rocky mountainside that led to Hidden Inferno. This took them a few days but they made it in one piece.

"We have to scale that?" Arashi looked up at the huge, dormant volcano in front of them.
"We've come this far, might as well go all the way. There is no turning back now, this is our duty." Kamiko spoke with confidence and began to scale the mountainside and the others followed quickly after her, watching where they stepped so not to fall.

The hype in this one is real xD just caught up.
One point tho Leebz. You shouldn't have revealed that the Daichi kid manipulated the man. We would've been thinking if he was a bad person or a good person till you revealed it.
Otherwise, love this.

Chapter 17
[Hidden Inferno, Mountainside]
6:05PM, Day 7
Satomi

It was getting pretty dark as the four climbed up the Hidden Inferno's volcano and as Kamiko looked down, she could see how high they were and the rocks below.
"You okay?" Arashi asked as he noticed her look down.
Kamiko nodded and she continued to climb.
As they took the next step, Satomi slipped and was about to fall.
"Gotcha!" Kenshin exclaimed, grabbing her wrist just in time and pulling her back on the mountainside so she could climb again.
"Good job.." Kamiko said to Kenshin with a smile.

As they reached the top a voice shouted "Fire Quake Jutsu" And just like that fire started blasting up from the ground.
"Ambush! Arashi get back!" Kamiko yelled as the team got into position, except for Arashi who walked casually towards the Kirishima standing before him. He took a face to face stance against Kairo and they both grinned.

"What are you doing Arashi?!" Kenshin yelled at him from a safe distance but as he spoke a puff of smoke surrounded Arashi and out stepped Konohuro.
"That was harder than I first thought." Konohuro cackled alongside Kairo and a few other Kirishima members.
"You really thought Arashi would be able to travel here in the condition we left him in?" Kairo laughed as the three Himitsu stood astonished at such a cheap trick.

"This is not good.." Kamiko said firmly as she weaved hand signs to cast a jutsu.
"Fire Style, Fire Tornado Jutsu!" Satomi yelled, casting her jutsu "Now, big brother!"
Kenshin leaped up and weaved signs of his own "Lightning Style, Lightning Vortex Jutsu!" and threw a lightning sphere into the top of the tornado which exploded and caused lightning to break the tornado, shooting both natures at the enemy.

Seconds past, the dust settled and there was silence as the Kirishima clan stood there, unscaved.
"Impossible!" Satomi dropped to her knees in anger after putting so much into the collaboration jutsu.
The three stood there, wondering why the jutsu didn't take effect and the Kirishima decided to explain amongst the rubble and destruction that the jutsu caused to the battlefield.

"See, Kairo here is master of both Lightning and Fire. So much so he can dispel any jutsu with those natures, protecting us from any harm. To sum up, your jutsu using fire or lightning are useless against us." Konohuro explained using a very calm attitude.
"You think that's all we got?!" Satomi stood up, angrier than ever at the enemy and weaved hand signs as she ran forward. "Ground Control Jutsu!" and with that, the ground began to lift her with every step she took, as if she was moving her legs with the ground beneath her.
"Satomi, calm down! We need to thin-" Kenshin began but, as always, was cut off by his sister. "Shut up Kenshin!"

As she charged head on she weaved more signs. "Brick by Brick Jutsu!"
Walls started to grown around the Kirishima but Kairo and Konohuro got out quickly before the roof was complete.
The jutsu trapped the rest of the Kirishima but Kairo jumped up, kicking Satomi into the mountainside hard.
"BITCH!" He yelled, holding her throat and just as Kenshin was about to move in to save her, a figure fell from the sky, smacking Kairo into the ground, breaking it at contact.

Dust filled the surrounding area and began to settle down.
A shadowy figure was standing before them and out came Arashi Himitsu, followed by two others and at the sight of them, Kenshin and Kamiko cheered in delight.
"Sorry I was late, hope I didn't keep you guys waiting." Arashi said, turning to look at Kairo, who was slowly picking himself up from the ground.
"I'm going to enjoy finishing what I started with you, Arashi!" Kairo yelled with a devilish laugh as Konohuro stood alongside his comrade.

Chapter 18
[Hidden Inferno, Mountainside]
8:35PM, Day 7
Zakari

Zakari took a deep breath in as he stood ready with Arashi. Once Zakari heard of what was happening he knew he couldn't stand by and watch from the sidelines. Along with Zakari and Arashi there was Raishi who stood tall with white, spiked hair which was shorter than Zakari's wild, black hair.

"Zakari, Raishi, are you ready?" Arashi asked them with a firm yet angry tone.
Zakari knew Arashi wasn't messing around, he was ready to get straight to the point with these two.
"Humph, I am surprised you asked such a thing Arashi, you know me.." Raishi said jokingly, trying to calm down his friend before the battle.

"Kamiko!" Arashi yelled to his comrade "I want you and the others to take care of any Kirishima in that jutsu over there, we have these two under control!"
Kamiko nodded as she took her squad to where the Kirishima were held captive.
"Fight to wound, we do not need any murders on our hands!" Arashi followed up quickly as he narrowly dodged Kairo's attack.
"Pay attention to the enemy you face, you Himitsu scum!" Kairo yelled at Arashi as he weaved signs.

Kamiko jumped on top of the house like jutsu and went inside. It was pitch black and not a noise could be heard so Kamiko closed her eyes and waited for the enemy to either strike or to make a sound. Within seconds she could hear the air being broken by a fist heading towards her and she countered it with ease, striking the man's nerve points and as that happened, more men roared to attack, Kamiko blocking and dodging every attack they threw and struck back twice as hard. Kamiko was done with them before the jutsu broke and her squad could even offer a hand.

"Damn, Kamiko, don't take all of the fun next time." Kenshin complained in admiration of her work on the enemy.
As the two spoke the fight between Arashi and Kairo heated up further.
"Keep Konohuro off of me and I will take Kairo on myself!" Arashi yelled to the others and Zakari nodded to Raishi who drew his sword and aimed it towards Konohuro all while knowing who he was dealing with.

Zakari gritted his teeth whilst thinking of the rumours he heard about Konohuro and how he had been let off on multiple occasions over his multiple personality traits.
After finishing daydreaming, Zakari noticed that Konohuro was charging for him and it was too late, Zakari got hit directly into the chest and was left paralyzed. Zakari couldn't move a single muscle in his body and was confused of the fact.

"Damn it Zakari, you got hit by his Shadow Palm jutsu! You won't be any help in that state!" Raishi yelled to his fellow brethren.
Raishi charged at full speed towards Konohuro, knowing that he liked to toy with his prey when they were in this state but was disarmed by Konohuro quickly. Raishi decided to resort to jutsu moves instead.

"How about it, Konohuro, my fire against yours?" Raishi spoke calmly, seeing if he could lure Konohuro to stick to one technique.
Konohuro grinned in response and chuckled slightly. "Prepare to get BURNT!" Konohuro yelled loudly as he weaved signs.
Konohuro put his palm to the ground and the volcano began to rumble loudly.
Raishi began to doubt his initial plan as he watched what was happening.

"Konohuro! You fool! You couldn't let me have a little fun before you went to that jutsu?!" Kairo yelled to his comrade.
The two began to laugh hysterically as all Himitsu regrouped a few feet away.
"What's going on?" Kamiko asked whilst looking at the top of the volcano.
"I don't know, but it can't be good" Arashi replied staring at the last two Kirishima standing, the two that left him for dead not so long ago.

Chapter 19
[Hidden Forest, Park]
8:40PM, Day 7
Mika

Mika was walking through the park with her husband, Onimaro, with the day free.
After all that happened recently, Mika had wanted to calm her husband down from his worry, anger and guilt that he carried for not being able to help Arashi that fateful night.

"Honey, I have packed us a lunch to eat here. Come help me lay the blanket down." She spoke with a soft tone, so not to disturb Onimaro in his deep thought.
Onimaro smiled for the first time in the longest time as he saw his wife standing before him, looking as beautiful as ever with the sun hitting her face.
He nodded and began to lay the blanket down for them to rest on.
"I'm sorry that the last few days have been rough for us, with the family in such danger I know I have been preoccupied lately and I apologise for that." He spoke with sorrow in his voice for his actions.
Mika smiled and held his hands. "I understand it was something you had to do, my love. I promise you have not upset me in the slightest."

Mika began to pull the food from the basket and lay it out as a spread.
On the blanket laid some of Onimaro's favourite dishes. From Barbeque Pork Buns to Mika's secret recipe of Duck Ramen.
"Thank you, Mika. This all looks so delicious." Onimaro smiled hugely at his wife, kissing her hand.
"Dig in, before it gets cold." She spoke with delight that she made her husband happy after such sorrow.

The scenery was perfect, with blossom trees surrounding the nearby area and wildlife everywhere, surrounding them with the sounds of nature. The grass was freshly cut and there was a perfect view of the sun between the trees, shining on the nearby water feature that made the sounds of running water lightly hitting each platform before finally resting in the patch below.

Whilst the two finished their meals, they watched the sun set before them.
"Today has been perfect and I have you to thank, Mika.." Onimaro began to explain and Mika turned to look at him.
".. I honestly don't know where I would be without you, you have helped me through so much and even now, in a dark time, you have managed to make me smile again." He began to shake his head.
"I guess what I am trying to say is-" Before Onimaro could finish, Mika kissed him, letting him know that it was okay and he had no need to thank her for loving him as she did that on her own free willingly.

Before it got dark, the two packed up their plates and rolled up their blanket to head home as the children would be back from their school day and they both knew that they'd have questions if they were late home. Sometimes it felt as if they were the children and Kazuki and Kurai were the parents which led to the two questioning who would be the mom.
After much thought they decided it would probably not be a good idea to say but laughed about it the rest of the way home where they were just in time to make their children dinner before they arrived home safe and sound.

Chapter 20
[Hidden Inferno, Peak]
8:35PM, Day 7
Arashi

Kamiko's eyes were wide in shock and fear as she saw the volcano erupt and a fire-like creature emerge from the crater, roaring with the up most bass that caused the ground itself vibrate.
"T-t-the.." She began to stutter and Kairo finished her sentence with ease. "Fire Demon Akuma."

Everyone stared in disbelief. They heard that the Hidden Inferno had control of this legendary beast but it was all whispers and rumors yet here was Konohuro, having the ability to summon it before their eyes. The amount of chakra must be intense to summon it and he did it on his own.

"Guys! Run for the hills! Get out of here! I will distract it with my water jutsus!" Arashi yelled to the group running at it with his water dragon jutsu.
"If you think we are leaving you, you're crazy! This isn't even your mission, Arashi!" Kamiko yelled back whilst trying to hold back the tears wanting to break free. "Why do you feel the need to sacrifice yourself all the time!" she continued to yell at Arashi as he fought vigorously.
"Because I love you, Kamiko.." He muttered to himself  "..Just go! You know this is for the best! I will be fine dammit!"

Just like that, Kamiko was dragged by the arm and pulled away, not by choice. "Sorry, Kamiko." Satomi jabbed her, knocking her unconscious and begun to carry her. "Kenshin, carry Zakari. We need to leave now!" She yelled at her brother to which he acted quickly, knowing time was short to save as many lives as possible. He knew they had to report this back to the Kage.

Raishi yelled to Arashi before leaving "You come back alive, you hear me!" but had no response as Arashi fought hard.
The group turned around and headed back to the Hidden Forest to report what they have seen and what happened. It was clear to everyone now that this was going to end up more than Kirishima against Himitsu, this was going to be a ninja war of several villages and this information wavered the outcome.

Kairo saw the group and took a step to make chase but Arashi blocked his path. "Wasn't it you who said to keep my eyes on the enemy ahead?" Arashi spoke with a calm tone in his voice and a cheeky confident grin.
"Bastard!" Kairo charged at him whilst Akuma roared with rage.

Arashi narrowly dodged Kairo, realising he was running out of chakra and was not at full fighting potential anyway with battle wounds he was recovering from. He couldn't drag this out but he couldn't give up now, not with his friends still in the danger zone. He had to think tactically. He could lead them away but they would catch on quickly. His best option was to stand and fight but could he really hold out long enough? Was this going to be the end of his story? Was this his destiny?

Arashi got a second wind to fight twice as hard. He thought to himself on how he had Kamiko to protect, he couldn't die now, not yet.
"Water Illusion!" Arashi yelled, casting a jutsu making waves of water surrounded the nearby area.
"Genjutsu?" Konohuro asked confused.
"This is no genjutsu.." Arashi replied with a slight laugh. "..This is very much real."

The walls started to come in closer and closer, until an arena was formed.
"This will be our final battle ground. One side will win, the other will die." Arashi explained firmly.
"Are you ready to die for your village?" He continued to ask. "Because I have someone who needs me home."

fuck all you saying you wont run away

And whats the end outcome? A human has regrets no matter what decisions s/he chose to take, so none of the answers are really correct, if you spent 500+ hours on one character, I bet your gonna drop it a week, or maybe if you have nothing else in life, perhaps a month later. You'd have a regret not saving a person, but if you did save said person, you'd have a regret not ditching him/her, cause your character would've stayed.... In the end, it doesn't matter what you choose, because, in the end, nothing will ever be the way you want. Now, we'll cut to a commercial break, and we will come back to Some Deep Thoughts With Shivraj (While Eating Some Noodles) in just 3 minutes! *commercial break music starts playing*

lel. But yeah, I'd rather die protecting a bro than live with killing him/her. (ofc it's just a game, but yeah >.<)

Just because you're not on that list, doesn't mean I don't like you.

I just put people there I've actually befriended and created bonds with over a matter of years

Well, if I do go rogue, then I probably didn't get captured by the beautiful lie called "a normal life", so on your smacking the rogue outta me I just gotta say one thing "All I know is I'd rather die than believe a lie!" (Just quoted a song that was on my mind atm I was typing this xDDDD) but in all seriousness, we'll see how it goes ;D, you might even convince me to give the Kage a second chance, that is, if you are convincing enough :P.

Chapter 21
[Hidden Forest, Borderline]
7:45AM, Day 8
Kamiko

Kamiko began to dream of Arashi in her unconscious state and how he looked out for her when they were kids. They were both close growing up even though she didn't join the Himitsu till much later in her life. He was always there when she needed him, always around at the right time to defend her honor from low scum like it was destiny, like they was family all along.

"Kamiko!" a voice yelled to her. "Kamiko, c'mon! I don't hit that hard!"
Kamiko awoke with her eyes adjusting to the daylight and the smell of food being cooked over the sound of a fire. A gentle breeze was in the air and the sound of the leaves from the trees could be heard.
"A camp? Where are we?" Kamiko asked looking around at everyone with their battle injuries taken care of including her own. Bandages wrapped around her arm, head and both legs.
"We are in Hidden Forest borders, don't worry now. Here, eat up." Satomi handed her a bowl of soup she had made.
Kamiko took it in her hands slowly and looked around some more. "Where is Arashi?" Kamiko asked in a soft tone, scared of the answer that would come from Satomi's lips.

Satomi's pleasant smile dropped slightly, turning into a frown of sorrow. "We haven't heard from him yet, but don't worry! He is strong y'kno!" Satomi explained, trying to be positive of such a dire situation.
"Yeah, if there is anyone who can beat the odds, it's that guy." Zakari stated whilst rubbing his head after being woken up by their conversation.

Kamiko couldn't help but worry. "How did things get so bad so quickly?"
"We didn't expect them to be so strong is all." Raishi said from his resting point in the trees being on the lookout; A little angry that he had to retreat from the battle.
"You got that right." Kenshi spoke in agreement to Raishi whilst holding the same anger.

A roar could be heard from the distance, making the birds take flight from the trees. A roar so loud it could only be associated with one single thing and that was the great demon Akuma.
The group looked at each other in fear and in the direction the roar came from. Kamiko's hands began to shake in fear at the sound, tears building up in her eyes. She threw the bowl of soup at the nearby tree and it smashed against it.

The group fell silent, no one said a word. The silence grew with the tension building from it. The sound of the grass in the wind is all that could be heard now.
"We need to keep moving." Satomi said with sorrow in her voice and the group agreed as they put out the fire and packed their things to head back to the village where they must break the news of what had happened between Kirishima and Himitsu and that war was coming. A war greater than both clans.

As they arrived and unpacked in their own homes, Kamiko took it on herself to speak with Onimaro before going to the Kage of the Forest.
She knocked on his door. "Sir." Kamiko said, standing tall as a proud Himitsu member.
Onimaro let her into his home and Mika hugged Kamiko tight, happy to see her friend safe and sound.

"What happened? You don't look like you come from a victorious battle at all.. No offence." Onimaro stated after seeing the bandages wrapped around Kamiko's injuries and sat down at the dining room table with her and Mika.
"You're right to think that.. I failed you, sir." Kamiko looked down at the wooden floor, disappointed with the outcome of the battle.

Kamiko went on to explain everything in detail. How they was ambushed by the Kirishima, how they put up a valiant fight, how 2 of the Kirishima managed to turn the tables and, more importantly, the effort given by Arashi to get them out alive against the summoned demon Akuma.
Onimaro was shocked. He knew the Kirishima was strong but he was not aware of this much power. He looked at Mika with determination to fix this, and Mika knew he would.

"Alert the Kage of what happened. tell him I am going to need to pay a visit to my good friends in Hidden Hill. This is far from over." Onimaro commanded Kamiko and she agreed knowing more was to come of this. Giving Mika one more hug.
"Stay safe." Mika told her friend with a slight smile and Kamiko nodded before exiting their home and taking the path to the Kage's office.

"This has just became personal for me." Kamiko muttered to herself.

Chapter 22
[Hidden Forest, Academy]
8:00AM, Day 8
Kazuki

Kazuki was walking to the academy with his brother, Kurai.
"..And so I was thinking if I just practice hard enough.." Kurai was babbling on about training. Kazuki was only half listening as he had a lot on his mind and was worried about the war that would heavily involve his family. Kazuki was never one for war or even fighting for that matter but he knew what he would do to those who favoured war. When he killed that strange man for killing his friend he felt good.. really good.
"Kazuki, are you even listening?" Kurai asked, noticing his brother had not replied to him in a while.
Kazuki awoke from his daze into the distance and turned to his brother with a small smile and a nod. Kazuki was also curious why Kurai was so calm about this upcoming war. He knew he heard exactly what he did so why is it not bothering him?

The boys arrived at their school and greeted their friends.
"Hey guys." Kurai grinned and waved at them.
Since Yuki's death, Kurai was almost like the new leader of their little group. Kazuki occasionally had some authority within the group too but no one lead them like Yuki did.

As everyone talked about how Kurai and Kazuki would be put on a team today and be official ninja, Kazuki thought how the war was developing and what the Kage might be ordering right this second. It bugged him but he needed to focus and get ready to meet his team leader.

The bell rang telling the other kids to get to class and Kurai and Kazuki was left waiting outside the school, where they were told they'd meet their team leader. Little did they know, he'd been standing behind them for the past 10 minutes.
"Where is he?" Kurai asked a little annoyed their sensei was late on the first day.
"I don't know. I am sure I was told there would be three of you." The sensei claimed whilst disturbing the brothers.
"Are you-?" Kazuki began to ask, a little disturbed, but got interrupted by the man.
"Yes, yes I am. Where is the third member?" He began to ask, curious as to why he was assigned two members.
"I am here.." Said a boy walking out from the shadows. "I didn't want to meet anyone until you arrived, sensei."
This boy looked familiar to the brothers but they couldn't quite put their finger on it.
"Names, let's get them out of the way." said the boys new sensei.
"As I am now your leader, I will go first. My name is Kiyoshi. I know your parents very well, Kurai and Kazuki. Now, what is your name, boy?" Kiyoshi asked the third boy.
"Daichi." The boy replied with a grin.
The boys looked in shock, remembering when they first met Daichi.

The wind blew in the silence and the leaves in the tree of the academies twisted tree branches.
"Great, take these." Kiyoshi handed them Forest headbands to wear however they liked.
"Well, I am glad that is out of the way. Come now, we have a mission to take care of." Kiyoshi stated taking the lead.
Kazuki stared at Daichi as they followed their sensei. He remembered seeing him in his class with Kurai so how did he pass the Genin stages?

"What is our mission, sensei?" Kurai asked excited to complete their first mission.
They walked through the east gate and a long road ahead faced them, however, there was no shortage of trees rowing the sides of the path, along with street lamps, seeing as they was still within Hidden Forest borders.
"We are heading to the docks as bandits have been raiding in the local area. It's a C rank mission so nothing too hard for you guys. I will also be able to observe your fighting skills there. I'll be looking for teamwork and synergy. If things get too rough, I will jump in." Kiyoshi said to the boys, looking over his shoulder to give them a grin.

Kiyoshi had a very weird outfit, he wore mostly black but had a long green scarf that occasionally covered his mouth making it hard for them to hear what he was saying but he was still understandable. He wore a long grey jacket too but nothing on the length of a robe or trench coat. He also carried a katana on his side, almost like a samurai that was decorated with gold trimmings.

"We're here." He stated as he saw the docks below the cliff side they was on.
"We will wait here for the bandits to strike, when they do we will jump in and counter attack them precisely." Everyone nodded in agreement and Kurai was practically bouncing with excitement.
"I am going to kick so much ass!" Kurai spoke loudly as he laughed, an evil-like laugh, with determination.
Kazuki was distracted by the fact that Daichi was sat on this mission too. Who was this kid?

What would be awesome is if you made plenty of chapters and then made it into a comic. After that I would hope someone would make it into an anime and put fillers like they do with everything else. You would be rich leebz and The Himitsu Clan would become famous, so many options you could do.

Other then that, I like the chapter and how it moves around from character to character. There isn't really a main character but its more so of a main clan that revolves around your stories, it makes it pretty interesting.

Sadly it would resemble Naruto too much and be classed as copyright xD
