History: There was once a man who watched as his family was struck down before his eyes. His life was broken after this tragic event. As he lost everything around him this made him agitated so he seeked out revenge for this shinobi that slaughtered his family. He killed his shinobi team that he was assigned to and ventured out to get his revenge. He believed to be accepted in this world you had to kill those who were accepted. So then he started looking for rogue shinobi to join him and follow him as he executes his plan.

Purpose/Goals: They want the shinobi world to be ruled by one central village instead of 11 separate villages. They will kill the 11 kages and gain as much power as they need to accomplish their goal.

Unique features: They wear cloaks with the organizations symbol and they also wear masks.

Application: You must leave your village and become a rogue ninja and then you must state how you feel on the 11 kage. I will decide if you are worthy enough to join.

I hate to shut you down here Epicstar but if you truly want to accomplish the goals of this org you'd have the most success going with Katakiuchi, who has the most resources as of now.
