Description of the character's personality: Menma Growing up as the 8 Fang Chakra Beast he seeked vengeance and seeked a path of Darkness and Revenge.

Description of the character's history: 17 Years ago, a Child named Menma Hiroyuki was born he was born as the 8 Fang Chakra Beast Also, known as The Blue Fang he was also born with a Blue mark on his Face Called the Chikotzu a Curse Mark Created by the Village Hidden by Ocean. One Day Menma turned into the 8 Fang and Destroying everything in his Path threw the Village that even Included his own parents yes that right Menma Hiroyuki killed his Own Parents Sadai Hiroyuki and His Mother Konotzui Hiroyuki they both died the Night the Beast Attacked they died a Tragic death defending the village as the Elite Shinobi from the ANBU Black Ops from that day on Menma didn't know his Parents although he had the Chakra Beast inside him he Lived with his Grandfather Tonori Hiroyuki a Great man Also known as the Founder of The Hiroyuki Clan at the age of 3 Tonori began teaching Menma Advanced jutsu's named the "Hirioki" a Advanced Sealing jutsu pasted down threw the Clan  Not only did Menma do well in learning Nin-Jutsu but he also Excelled in Medical Nin-Jutsu he was Taught by the Greatest Medical Ninja in the Whole Clan Tenzo Hiroyuki His Uncle but one day Menma Snapped and Wanted to seek Vengeance for his parents death and Kill the person who killed his parents but that would mean killing himself so from that day onward he was told lies.

OK.... the Character looks splendid, but you may wish to change some history like the chakra beast thing because we don't even know if jinchūriki id gonna be in be in the game or if it is in the game you might not get chosen... Just sayin. But overall great, keep it up.

Regarding the jinchuuriki, there won't be any jinchuuriki in SLO as it is something specific from the Naruto series.

The character looks good, the only thing I might disagree on is the overuse of bold text but that's just personal preference ^.^
Also getting that blue-ish curse mark isn't completely certain that it will be in the game.
The history starts off well and somewhat original (but definitely Naruto inspired as it somewhat sums up Naruto with the parents + Chakra beast) apart from the parents died, and will look for revenge after.
I really like the picture even if you didn't make it yourself ^.^
