When are kage elections held, or is it too early? Are kage elections for every village held at the same time or can the village elect a kage if we do not currently have one? (I'm in hidden haze no kage yet)

Kages as of yet hold little/no actual importance besides the title and organisation of their shinobi. The game is in pre-alpha a Kage is really not needed.

However it does help activity and keep the forums interesting.
