Should The Recall function be removed?

Should people be able to Use R to cast a jutsu that they just used:
Example of Flaws,

Fighting: You cast chidori other casts fireball, They shoot the fireball and miss giving you the perfect opening, you start charging them. But they Pressed R and are now firing a fireball right at your face, you can not move as there is no time to react to this sudden firing of a jutsu.

Though the only thing they sacraficed for this cast was extra chakra.

I'd say that's actually quite the cost to pay, as the battle will be over sooner for the person who recalled their jutsu. They will run out of Chakra faster.

But lets say the user who recalled the jutsu has more chakra then the other user. Now its just that he can recall his jutsu and attack more killing the one who can't afford to do that.

Well if the person attacking with chidori has so much less chakra, why would he even challenge the recalling ninja?

Recall function isn't realistic, you should be forced to re-do the hand signs in order to re-cast a jutsu.

There were times in naruto if focus was great enough there was no need to use hand seals to control chakra.  So, I think if recall is an interesting feature to have their should be a chance to recall based on some sort of stat.

Haha, nah man I wish that you could recall a jutsu immediately after use too. Oh well, maybe it'll become a skill jonin level shinobi could learn or something... Give us something to look forward to.

Agreeing with Ryo here, pretty sure in the anime/manga some skilled jutsu users are able to somewhat do something similar to the recall system thats in the demo atm.

Should be added as a high lvl skill for a certain type of shinobi

i think its better if there wasnt a recall system because even the most skilled still has to use handsigns. Maybe doing jutsu with 1 hand would be more suitable

Instantly recall the jutsu that they previously used? No I don't remember anyone doing such a thing in the manga. There were shinobi who could reduce the number of the hand signs of a jutsu. At a certain point, for example, Sasuke needed no more hand signs to use chidori.
But jutsu without hand signs won't exist in Shinobi Life Online (luckily).

I believe i did say something similar to recall, not that they COULD recall. Thank you for the replies however i'm glad to see those on the team taken part in the thread.
