a year? Maybe to do dubbed version, but for subbed one it shouldnt take much, hell, it doesnt take much to even make subbed episodes, and we all know movie will be pretty short like 1h or so :)

Look at Battle of Gods. It does indeed take at least a year. (At least oficially) Not that I'm planning to watch this crap movie about that Hyuuga fodder.

He has 30-50 seconds in this movie(excluding Sakura's flashbacks). Same situation for Kakashi. They were both used as promoting devices...

No there is not, he's in the movie about 1 minute totally. The movie focuses on K11 and Naruto & fodder Hyuuga. Sasuke and Kakashi are 2 of the most popular characters, Sasuke always ends up 2nd or 1st in popularity polls while Kakashi always 3rd or so. They used them as fake advertising.
