Tiger beast is a little similar to my idea of a Legendary weapon. Maybe try a different animal to make it more of a variety of beasts?

I did think of the .01% chance of my clan getting a kekkai genkai, which is unlikely. So, I tried to leave to open ended so it could be a clan of members with a high chakra potential and potential for really good genjutsu users but people are still able to join if they want to place their energy to ninjutsu or taijutsu, even though generally it's not in our best interest for taijutsu. (My character Jorrez is not great at taijutsu but learns some techniques in case). Let me know if you still think if this screams kekkai genkai still, its basicly a tattoo it's just called an eye
