Affiliation:We are an independent organization capable of challenging the mightiest of villages and ninjas.

Purpose/Goals:
InDevelopment...

Unique Features: To have the Kanji letter for Will on their Forehead Protector or somewhere in their clothing, as long as it's very visible.

1.You're never to set foot in the Hidden Leaf Village, before asking for permission to a superior, this is really offensive, and can be punishable by getting kicked out of the clan, which I don't wanna do.

2. Don't be an asshole to your comrades and other people, we only hate the Hidden Leaf. :O

3. Any orders given by the leader are absolute, though other orders given to you by your superiors aren't absolute, consult one of the 10(I'll be having ten people in a rank, they will have almost all the authority the leader has. I have no name yet.).

Looks good, should still work on the "hidden leaf" thingy, and replace it something from the SLO universe in my honest opinion though.
I also fixed your logo & profile code (used the wrong images and code)
